Excellent location. Extremely close to Kojiya train station, konbini, Haneda airport. Very affordable accommodation for family of 5 during peak New Year season. Overall, this place is a wonderful deal. Shower was hot, apartment was clean. In unit washer with spin cycle, no dryer, still effective. Clothing can be hung to dry on back balcony. We initially booked 2 nights and extended for a 3rd because we liked it so much. Hosts were wonderful and highly attentive and responsive. We will be back!
Personally, I loved the smell of Ramen-ya from shops below, but if you’re not into this aroma, it may be a turn off. Futon bedding was fine for me, but my wife preferred more comfortable bedding. Also, if you’re a light sleeper, you may hear the karaoke bar below the apartment.
This is my second time staying here, I love everything about this place. The location is easy to find, very near to the station (keikyu Kojiya), easy access to both haneda airport and main city area.
The only down side is if your travel with big suitcases and elderly it might affect your convenience because it is on the 4th floor without elevators and the stair is quite narrow.
The bathroom was great, had everything I needed and more. The area was lovely and had lots of shops nearby including drugstore, convenience store and restaurants. Also loved how close it was to the airport as that’s why I booked it - only 10 minutes by train.
The TV didn’t work, or I couldn’t work out to how to use it, as it turned on but wouldn’t play anything. There was also a really strong body odour smell in the flat that wouldn’t go away even after 2 days with the windows open.
Location and price
The stair case too steep with suitcases
the location is very convenient, close to Hanada airport and trains to Tokyo.
Place was very clean and fairly easy to get to from airport with taxi. Close to shops and restaurants too.
Only downside was the number of very narrow stairs (3rd floor) we had to take which was quite difficult with heavy and bulky suitcases. The place would also have benefitted from having cups/mugs to use for tea/coffee.
Only a few stops from Haneda airport by train. Very close to the station. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby too. Comfortable with enough space.
It didn’t bother us, but it is located above a busy road so can expect a bit of traffic noise.
The only access is via steep stairs which could be inconvenient if you have bulky luggage.
Near station
-door lock didn't work
-water didnt get hot
-no fly trap on windows so when open it is very dangerou
Did not get kode for lock until day after. So had to call for it
The beds were very comfortable, the space was clean. I liked the bathroom since their is a bidet. There is a washer there as well, but no dryer. The room was spacious for two people. The space is in a VERY convenient location next to Kojiya Station, which is only 4 stops from Haneda Airport. If you have a late night flight from Haneda, it is very easy for a stopover room. There was no contact for check in so it was easy to get into our room at any time.
The room smelled like cigarettes at night, this is due to the karaoke bar on the floor below. The good news was you couldn’t hear the karaoke bar from the room and by the morning you could not smell cigarettes. The stairs to go to the room are very steep and it’s 3 floors up to the bedroom. There isn’t really hand rails so if you have heavy/big luggage it can be dangerous to bring up to the room.
