Great location with a 7-ELEVEN just down the street and plenty of food options all within walking distance. Pool is awesome 😎 Owner is very nice and helpful, very easy to check in and the security guard is great. Excellent security through out the property. Bed very comfortable and the AC works great, very nice patio as well. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
This is a temporary thing since the water treatment plant suffered serious injury during the last two typhoons, they use the hotel to refill the water truck and it can be a little noisy & can last about 20 minutes to fill the truck up. But this process continues throughout the day into the early morning hours after midnight. I'm sure this is just a temporary thing until they repair the treatment plant, I think that's a good thing that they're supporting the community. Just be aware if you're planning on staying within the month. Also they don't provide lounge chairs at the pool, so if you plan on getting a suntan & relaxing by the pool, well be prepared to lay your towel down on the pavement?. Wasn't very impressed as I really enjoy relaxing by the pool and not laying on the pavement.
Bardzo przytulny pokój, nowocześnie urządzony, z dostępem do basenu. W mieszkaniu jest mały balkon, widać nawet morze w oddali. Dobre śniadanie dostarczane jest pod drzwi.
zbyt wąskie łóżko dla 2 osób, tylko 120 cm szerokości. Okropnie cienkie ściany, jak z papieru, wszystko słychać z zewnątrz, a jeszcze mieliśmy pecha, bo był weekend i wszyscy mieli imprezę - głośno grała muzyka, były głośne rozmowy i trzaskanie drzwiami. Cały kompleks to bloki z mikrokawalerkami, wygląda jak biedny hotel robotniczy, pomimo ochrony na dole, nie czuliśmy się tam bezpiecznie.

조식이 현지식이라 입맛에 맞지는 않았던게 단점 ㅎ
콘도스타일, 세탁기와 냉장고 그리고 전자레인지와 토스트기까지 갖춘 멋진 콘도. 우기여서 수영장이용을 못했지만 수영장도 예쁘다. 경비원이 출입구에도 있고 건물마다 가운데에 경비원이 있어 무척 안전하다는 느낌이 든다. 간단한 요리도 가능하며 베란다에서 건물 사이로 보이는 바다를 보며 커피 한잔을 하는 호사를 누릴 수 있다. 숙소에서 4~5분은 걸어야 입구가 나오고 다시 5분 정도 걸으면 사거리가 나온다. 여기서 동서남북으로 가는 트라이시클과 지프니를 탈 수 있어 교통도 편리한 편.
사거리 주변엔 제과점과 과일가게가 있고 작은 시장도 있다. 또 좋은 점은 입구로 나오면 100m이내 거리에 길가 식당이 있는데 반찬이 다 맛있다. 한종류가 떨어지면 다른 종류가 뚝딱 또 만들어져 나온다. 고기반찬은 70~90, 채소반찬은 30. 보통 110~150이면 고기반찬과 채소반찬 두가지(밥 포함)해서 먹는다. 매일 한번 이상 가서 먹어보았는데 어중간한 다른 식당보다 훨 낫다. 성수기와 주말을 피하면 숙소경비도 부담되지 않는다. 3만원 이내에서 숙소를 잡는다면 가성비 V G!

Too far from the city. Good location if you're not planning on going around cebu.
Very pleased with the room — it was cozy and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, always ready to assist. Excellent value for this location.
