Pros:

Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile a dare informazioni, consigli pratici. Bella struttura situata al centro di Alcamo, con ampio park di fronte sempre aperto. Possibilità di andare in centro a piedi, tanti negozi e supermercati in zona. molto luminosa la sala colazione con un ricco buffet. La stanza era dotata di frigo e piastra a induzione comoda se uno volesse cucinare qualcosa

Posizione e accoglienza.

Cons:

Un odore forte di profumo per abienti per cercare di coprire la puzza di aria stagnante. Perdita di acqua dalla doccia, rumore fortissimo dell'areatore del bagno. Sono stato 4 anni fa ed era migliore rispetto ad oggi. È il male di quasi tutti gli albergatori, pulito ed in ordine solo fino a quando è nuovo.

La stanza bella e molto pulita.

Cons:

Il solarium con vasca idromassaggio molto, molto sporco: fogliame, escrementi e piume di volatili ovunque, in terra e sulle sedute.
L'acqua nella vasca completamente fredda e nessuna disponibilità di asciugamani.

Very Comfortable and Posh indeed!
Pros:

This hotel was a real surprise to us. It had the nicest mattress and pillow set we've slept on in all of Sicily or Italy for that matter. It was clean and the the rooms were a nice size as was the bathroom and shower. The Shower had nice water pressure. Very, very comfortable. The spa was also an excellent experience . We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and the magic hands of Stella!

No slippers or coat in hotel. Sauna extra charge. Outdoor jacuzzi closed afternoon (private event).

Les chambres sont propres, le personnel est accueillant . Le petit déjeuner est très savoureux avec du choix.
L hôtel est situé en hauteur à environ 15 minute d une très belle plage en voiture, nous n avons pas pu profiter du Jacuzzi car l eau était froid*
