Good stay and very good location
Pros:

The hotel location is very good, and they have nice view.. it’s walking distance to all attractions.. in addition to that, they have also some Halal food in their menu..

The staff were good and helpful..

Cons:

The clean is good but they can do better, plus the hotel doesn’t have pool. The variety in breakfast is limited..

I had an issue in changing my flight ticket and when I told them to help me to reduce number of night from 3 to 2 night they have refused.. they were not cooperative when I asked for there support, despite I requested booking.com to ask the property for reducing the days and have wavier on cancellation fees they have refused .

Which forced me to stay and incurs high additional charges when changing the flight

Pros:

- window view is gorgeous, both day and night. IMO, it's one of the best views on fireworks.
- nice breakfast with qualitative products, home-made jogurt (preferred an option with vietnamese soups);
- a convenient bed,
- regular cleaning service,
- convenient location to visit the cable car (recommended not to skip this attraction, it brings many positive emotions (views, water attractions, nice beach there) especially when bought with a discounst on klook and relax, not to be annoyed by crowds ;) and walk in the Sunset city center.

Cons:

- too small balkony without ability to seat and chill there.
P.S. It's not related to the hotel, just a tip: a busy beach accessible by bus, does not worth attention in east-wind days (it's better to skip it and use nearby island's beach instead)

I love staying in this hotel. I'll definitely stay here if I come to this town again.
Pros:

This hotel is clean and cozy. It's located near to many top attraction sites with less than 8 minutes walking distance. The sea view was amazing. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is tasty and satisfactory with free fruit juice and coffee.

Hiljainen, henkilökunta mukava, hyvä ilmastointi

Cons:

Aamupala pieni, piti tilata listalta mutta silti jäi nälkä. Jääkaappi ei toiminut ja se oli homeessa. Lisäksi suihkussa oleva verho oli homeessa ja kylpyhuone haisi homeelle.

Fantastic sunset and fireworks at night
Pros:

This hotel is situated near the cable car station. If you choose waterfront facing room, you will be able to see the sunset and after the show, fireworks. I booked this hotel for the views and got what I was looking for!
The property is clean, the bed is big and comfortable.

Cons:

I wouldn’t spend more than 1-2 nights here as there is no pool and no access to the sea. Breakfast is not great. Two bottles of water in the room should be complimentary. Цена/качество не соответствует действительности.Номер совсем маленький, какой-то не уютный. Состояние номера уже не новое, какое-то слишком поюзанное, какие-то пятна, краска облупленная, местами грязь которая не отмывается, кажется что за номерным фондом не следят вообще. Очень скудные завтраки, отель находится в самой крайней точке полуострова. Цена кажется завышенной. Мы не привердливы, но сложилось лёгкое ощущение обмана (картинка и описание одно - а по факту не соответствует)

Overall a Nice Biutique Hotel.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Good location if you are planning to stay in the southern part of Phu Quoc.

Cons:

Laundry service was not go standard. The clothes came back un ironed and haphazardly folded. 😡
On our last day, we found out that we could pre order seafood and the restaurant will cook it for us though it’s not on the menu. The staff failed to advise us.
Maybe put it on the menu yo inform guests.
