駅近なとことスタッフの方の対応がとてもよかったです！
No noise
All your needs at one place
Very near to all the stores and restaurant
地鐵出站步行只要5分鐘且無須爬坡，附近有2間Olive Young、1間Daiso，2間CU，吃東西也方便。搭地鐵到金浦機場需轉乘一次但全程只費時50分鐘，也有很多公車可以搭，雖然不在鬧區但生活機能很好。房間很乾淨、床很好睡，一個人住來說空間很寬裕，衛浴空間也很大雖然沒有乾濕分離。雖然附近有MOTEL但出入沒有感到危險。沒有電梯但房間在二樓且樓梯有架設坡道足以應付。一樓有個公用空間提供簡易廚具、飲水機及免費使用的洗衣機、烘衣機。辦理入住及退房都是自助非常方便、房門使用電子鎖很安全，以這樣的價格住到這樣的民宿非常划算，會推薦給獨旅的旅客。
因是秋天入住沒有使用冷氣，但冷氣是中央空調不能調整，若是夏天入住的話可能會有點不便，房間有地熱但也是不能自行調整的。房間隔音不好，睡眠品質不好的人要留意。房型定位是雙人房，但雙人入住來說可能太小了，一個人住較剛好。可能是因為房間有鋪地毯的關係禁止在房間內飲食，吃東西要到一樓公用空間稍微有點不便。
제가 서울여행때 고시원도 가보고 다른 저렴한 호텔?모텔을 많이 가봤는데 정말 좋았습니다.
침대도 넓고 방도 넓고 창문도 있고 방음도 (아마)잘되고 역근처 도보5분거리 개인 욕실도 넓고 방과 화장실 사이에 문으로 나뉘어져있어요. 콘센트도 세네개 쓸 수 있어 보였어요. 작은 냉장고도 있습니다. 옷걸공간도 두세개있고 선반 나뉜것도 좋았어요.
계단에 캐리어용 경사?도 있어서 캐리어가 있다면 사용하기 좋아보였습니다. 전바빠서 쓸 일 없었지만 세탁도 된대요.
편의점이 있긴한데 동선이 좀 돌아가는 구조입니다.
(숙소의 문제는 아님) 근데 편의점 근처에 아가씨 상시대기 주점 이런거있어요. (밤에 가기 무서워보임)
신림역에도 지하철내 편의점은 없어서 편의점 가실분들은 미리다른데서 편하게 사가시면 좋을거 같아요.
호텔근처에도 다른 모텔들이랑 무슨 바둑이 포커pc방 이런거 있어서 밤늦게 가면 무서울거 같아요.
+변기커버가 볼 일 볼 때마다 자꾸 변기안으로 빠져요ㅠ

신림역에서 도보로 7~10분 정도 거리에 위치해 있고, 근처에 올리브영 두 곳, 다이소 한 곳, 메가커피를 비롯해 다양한 커피숍들도 많아서 정말 편리하게 지낼 수 있었어요!
불편한 점이 있으면 호스트에게 연락하면 바로 답장을 해 주셔서 정말 많은 도움이 되었고 감사했습니다😃
작은 벌레가 조금 보인 적이 있었고, 세탁기를 이용할 때 아직 세탁이 끝나지 않았는데 다른 분이 제 세탁물을 꺼내서 위에 올려두신 적이 있어서 조금 당황했어요😅
근처에 이자카야나 모텔이 있어서 가끔 술에 취한 분들이나 경찰이 보일 때도 있었는데, 살짝 무섭다고 느껴질 수도 있을 것 같아요!
그래도 숙소 자체에는 거의 문제가 없었고, 전반적으로 정말 만족스럽게 지낼 수 있었어요!!!😀😀
