Espaço do quarto.

Cons:

Tamanho do box do banheiro. Uma pessoa normal não consegue tomar banho com ele fechado.

Le personnel est très aimable, à l’écoute et réactif (en direct et via booking). À notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré un problème avec notre première chambre (douche bouchée et climatisation en mauvais état) et nous avons été changés de chambre immédiatement, sans difficulté. Nous avons également apprécié la possibilité de laisser nos bagages à la réception le jour du départ afin de profiter de notre dernière journée à Rome. L’emplacement est pratique pour rejoindre facilement les principaux sites touristiques.

Cons:

La première chambre attribuée était en mauvais état (douche bouchée et climatisation abîmée). La deuxième chambre était plus correcte, mais la salle de bain présentait de nombreuses moisissures au plafond, ce qui est décevant pour un hôtel 3 étoiles. Il n’y avait également aucun porte-serviettes pour faire sécher les serviettes de bain. La climatisation est entièrement gérée par la réception : il faut les appeler à chaque fois pour l’allumer ou l’éteindre, ce qui n’est pas très pratique. Enfin, notre chambre étant située juste à côté de la salle du petit-déjeuner, elle était assez bruyante dès le matin.

Cons:

Por distintos problemas tuvimos que cambiar 3 veces de habitación. En ningún momento de esos cambios nos ayudaron a mudar nuestras maletas. Pasamos por 4 habitaciones distintas.

El hotel correcto, su ubicación no es en plena zona turística pero hay también ruinas romanas, fuente para recargar agua y el transporte público cerca para ir a todos los puntos de Roma. Muy pintoresco. La estación de Termini está a unas cuadras, no es recomendable, pero volví al hotel de noche caminando sin problema. La cama y la ducha muy bien. El frigobar enfría rápido .El desayuno no lo probé.

Cons:

Me tocó una habitación con balcon, que no tuviera nada para sentarse. La TV que no fuera smart.
