Good clean studio, good location, disappointing build quality and maintenance.

Cons:

Window blind was broken and anyone could look into the room when waiting at the front door. There was no waste bin in the studio, the bedside light did not work, the electrical socket near the kettle was loose in the wall. I could not get terrestrial TV channels. Poor sound proofing between rooms and studio above.

Pros:

Very convenient, easy to get to, clean and comfortable

Cons:

The fridge had been turned off and was flooded with water. Some loo paper would have been useful!

Good value for money and good location.
Pros:

The property was fine for 2 nights as just a place to stay.

There were cooking facilities.

Easy check in and check out.

There was a fan available because we stayed during the heatwave.

Cons:

We stayed in a ground floor flat and the floorboards above were very creaky to the point it woke us up on the first night when someone came back in the early hours of the morning.

There were no tea towels to dry and put away our washing up, not much toilet roll was provided and the shower gel canister was empty. It would have been nice if some tea/coffee was provided as well.

Quiet location with parking
Pros:

The location was great for where I needed to be and a parking space which was good. Quiet location.
A clean shower and well stocked kitchen area.
The owner could be contacted easily and was very helpful when I rang him with an issue.

Cons:

The main door is really noisy when closing which woke me up a few times by other flat owners.
I could not work out how to use the worktop stove. Instructions would help.
It was so hot so a fan would be appreciated.
The main wall needs painting as patch-ups look awful. These are small issues really and overall a good stay and I would stay again.
