Clean and comfortable room but the noise ruined the trip.
Pros:

The room was lovely and clean, excellent location, easy to access with instructions sent in plenty of time. Microwave, toast, kettle and 2 ring induction hob were great. Host was very responsive and came to unblock the shower very quickly.

Cons:

Noise from the room upstairs was unbearable, the floor boards are so lose that every step reverbrates through the ceiling meaning I got almost no sleep. The host did say he would speak to the people upstairs but its a problem with the building not the guests.
Minimal equipment for the kitchenette, plenty of utensils and one frying pan but no saucepan, no tin opener, no tea towel.

Good value
Pros:

The owner was helpful and friendly. The place was a welcome change from the cold unclean properties before. Parking spaces in front were great 😃👍

Cons:

A few little things would improve the quality:
A rubbish bin in the kitchen, some hooks in the bathroom for towels, the shelf in the shower for soap etc and instructions for the clothes dryer ( to empty the water tank, if the dryer keeps stopping)

Clean studio in good location
Pros:

Very clean, good location.

Cons:

For the price paid, it was fine. A note to cleaning staff, please don't leave a used dirty washing up sponge, best to leave nothing. Could do with hooks one main door and in bathroom.

Very expensive for what it was, close to the city hospital and parking available which is good.
Pros:

Room size, small electric cooker and microwave

Cons:

No salt pepper, toilet did not flush, could do with a table n chairs for eating.

really liked it was cosy and clean, i would stay there again

Was cosy, clean and good parking

Cons:

just how small the bathroom was but it will still nice and clean no issues, also the toilet kept flushing itself or like making loud sounds like it was unblocking then i’d go to use the toilet she the seat would be soaked
