Das Abendessen war unglaublich gut. Ohne Übertreibung ein echtes Geschmackserlebnis wo Preis Leistung auch noch dazu passt! Das Personal super freundlich … man fühlt sich richtig wohl.

Cons:

Das Duftkonzept im Zimmer könnte man noch etwas verbessern… das Frühstück kann im Vergleich zum grandiosen Abendessen nicht mithalten ist aber auch sehr gut und ausreichend.

Betten sind etwas instabil, Service Reception leider nicht auf gleichem Niveau, wie Gastronomie (Anzahlung wurde bei Schlussrechnung nicht abgezogen, je nach Person fehlt etwas die Herzlichkeit und Professionalität)

酒店环境：地理位置很幽静，远离喧嚣，全为套房设计，私密性很好，主打幽静，房内海景并不是传统推门见海的形式，不过和隔壁姐妹酒店simonnata共用设施，可以散步去隔壁看海
餐饮：早餐水平在目前体验下来的所有酒店里算顶尖了，能看出全都是酒店精心挑选过的食材，完全没有传统自助早餐的同质化，从奶酪、火腿的选择、现点先做的热食，到饮品，全都十分精致；酒店的主餐厅水平很不错，米一主厨挂名，实际出品也完全不输米一水平，价格也比较合理
泳池沙滩：靠近海边的无边泳池很绝，完全海天一色，而且很安静，酒店有一个自己的小海滩，同样很安静

有时候等餐时间会偏长，不过鉴于是度假节奏，也可以接受

A slice of paradise near Canyamel
Pros:

The property is beautifully landscaped, creating the feeling of being immersed in a private garden. The atmosphere was both exclusive and tranquil, with friendly staff who added to the welcoming environment. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully designed, featuring a comfortable soaking tub and an indoor-outdoor rain shower, which was a standout detail.

Guests can choose from several pools, each offering a relaxing setting. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and high-quality selections. While the lunch smash burger was priced at €30, it was exceptionally flavorful and worth noting as a memorable dish.

It would be helpful to have a way to signal housekeeping when guests prefer not to be disturbed. Most hotels provide a “Do Not Disturb” sign or similar option, but we did not see one available here.

During our second dinner, there were quite a few insects in the dining area. Unfortunately, my wife was bitten several times, which led to noticeable swelling and blistering. While it’s understandable that bugs are part of a tropical environment, additional measures to mitigate their presence around dining spaces would significantly improve the experience.
