Ok but could be better
Pros:

It was easy checking in and out. The place was clean.

Cons:

There was a kitchen but no pots and pans! Do they expect that guests carry pots and pans in their suitcases? Or we have to rent it from Hotel…do they have to charge the guests for everything? What’s next , do we also have to pay for the toilet and shower!?!
There was all night police blue lights blinking into the room because next to the bridge is the French border… so it was annoying that lights hours and hours.

Netter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Kostenloser Parkplatz, unkomplizierter Self-Check-in und ansprechende Inneneinrichtung. Schöner Blick auf den Innenhof mit Lichterketten. Rollläden an den Fenstern. Tabac Bistro "Bonjour" unten im Gebäude.

Cons:

Keine Teller, kein Besteck und keine Töpfe in den Schränken. Lediglich zwei Tassen, zwei Gläser und Teelöffel waren vorhanden. Ein Kehrset fehlte ebenfalls, obwohl man den Boden besenrein hinterlassen soll. Der Kühlschrank war sehr laut. Der Safe war nicht nutzbar. Die Schranktürchen zwischen den beiden Betten standen leider ständig offen.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Tout était très propre et agréable. Nous avons rencontré un petit souci avec notre réservation, car j’avais réservé deux chambres en indiquant deux personnes au lieu de quatre. Il nous manquait donc des couvertures, mais le personnel a été très réactif et nous a rapidement trouvé une solution, sans nous demander de supplément. Un grand merci pour leur gentillesse, leur compréhension et leur professionnalisme ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation !

durch die Digitalisierung war die An- un d Abreise total unkompliziert, das Zimmer war für eine einzelne Person besonders komfortabel, ich bin total begeistert und würde dort immer wieder übernachten

Gemütliches Apartment mit Küchenzeile für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit einer Küchenzeile incl. Cerankochfelder und Kühlschrank. Sehr gelungene Raumaufteilung in Wohn- und Schlafbereich. Bequemes Sofa und sehr angenehmes Bett für guten Schlafkomfort.
Tisch und Stühle sind ebenfalls vorhanden, großer Flachbild-TV. Es sind Rollläden vorhanden, so dass man das Apartment auch komplett verdunkeln kann. Schönes geräumiges Bad mit großer, ebenerdiger Dusche.
Alles relativ neu, makellos sauber und sehr gut gewartet. Der Check-in erfolgt digital - entweder per App im Vorfeld (dann bekommt man den Zimmerschlüssel digital auf das Smartphone) oder am Check-in-Automaten in der Lobby des Hotels - alles ohne Probleme machbar.
Das Personal arbeitet zuverlässig im Hintergrund, ist aber auch auf digitalem Wege immer ansprechbar.
