Excellent and well worth the money.
Pros:

The location was conveniently close to the Century City Conference Centre, where I was attending the congress. The area is quiet and feels safe, and the people around were welcoming.

Cons:

Nothing that I could recall.

Pros:

D place is central nearby waterfront. Malls are also nearby table mountain. Nearby lagoon beach which is a very nice place to visit

Had a great stay!
Pros:

The staff was really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. If I needed anything they made sure to help with that.

Cons:

The gate gave me some issues a couple of times but thankfully there was always a staff member on the property to come and help.

This was our first Christmas away from home in a long time and we felt right at home.
Pros:

We were accidentally given the wrong room but it was so beautiful and the extra privacy and outside area made it feel like a bonus. The transition from that room to the other one was seamless. Exceptional service. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Cons:

The cupboards in the room was a bit outdated and didnt fit the overall modern feel of the place.

The people were friendly and welcoming. And they communicated well.

Cons:

The small gate key was not working. The big gate was not stable and it's always windy there. A remote controlled gate would be much better especially for safety reasons later in the day. The gate was a deal breaker. The cleaning services only once for a 5 day stay.

Welcome by reception

Cons:

No presence on the premises. Monday morning no hot water to shower but I enjoyed the cold shower. No service of room while I was out.
