哇塞！这次入住经开voco简直太赞啦，就像进了超酷的万圣节派对里！
房间里的大床软得像云朵，一切都摆放得整整齐齐，智能的设施也很好用，舒心！晚上在餐厅还赶上了主题自助餐，各种造型奇特的美食，小怪兽蛋糕，魔法药水饮料，牛肉很嫩，比萨也好吃，节日气氛嗨到爆！孩子玩的很开心。酒店的服务也很贴心，退房高效，也面带微笑，给人感觉很温暖。

First time staying here and it was a pleasant surprise! The room is compact but spotlessly clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed. What really stood out was the warmth of the staff - everyone was so welcoming. Plus, the location couldn't be better with all the convenient transportation options

The hotel is exceptionally close to the high-speed rail station, with convenient surrounding transportation—making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel facilities are well-equipped, offering high comfort levels. The rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows with excellent views. The service is outstanding, with every staff member radiating warmth and smiles. The breakfast spread is lavish, and the taste is absolutely delightful. I will definitely choose the VOCO Hotel Jingkai by InterContinental Group again on my next trip to Xi’an!

从踏入大堂的那一刻起，那股恰到好处的淡雅香氛就萦绕在每个角落，电梯间、走廊、客房...每一处都让人瞬间放松。特别欣赏这里常变常新的细节服务——挂出打扫牌后，回来不仅看到整洁的房间，连随手放的物品都被贴心归位。最让我触动的是，注意到我拿出冰箱的牛奶后，服务员特意没有放回去，这种用心观察的服务态度，对整天帮同事善后的我来说真是莫大的慰藉。地理位置也很理想，楼下吃喝购物一应俱全。还要特别感谢Melody的周到回访，让入住体验更加分。这样的品质服务，注定让我成为回头客。

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Das Bett war sehr bequem, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut ok.

Honestly, this place surprised me in the best way. The staff didn’t just do their job—they felt like friends who actually wanted you to have a great time. (Shoutout to the front desk for the killer local food recommendations!) The design? Think Scandinavian minimalism meets playful pops of color—Instagram-worthy without trying too hard.
And the location? Gold. Hopped on the subway and zipped straight to the Bell Tower like it was nothing. Plus, the bed was stupidly comfortable—woke up feeling like I’d slept on a cloud. 10/10 would crash here again."

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—they really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I loved the hotel’s vibrant and modern design; it’s fresh, stylish, and totally appeals to younger travelers like myself. Location-wise, it’s super convenient—the subway is just a short walk away, and you can easily get to attractions like the Bell Tower. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Xi’an!"

The hotel looks brand new and is very clean. The nearest metro station is only a few minutes away and runs very often. The staff was very helpful upon arrival although it was a little hard to communicate in English. The room was very neat and the beds were great. Excellent hotel with cool views on higher floors if you wish to stay for a few nights.

I had an amazing experience at Voco, the staff was lovely, the room had al the amenities and the buffet breakfast has literally everything you could wish to eat, including Xi’an specialties. Cold noodles with sesame sauce, jian bing my personal favourite.
I celebrated my workshop during my stay and the lovey staff made sure I got a birthday cake and gifted a big souvenir.
