Even though this is a standalone double storey home, professional hospitality staff are connected around the corner and provide great service, knowledge sharing - and anything you need.
New coffee machine and a fridge for the beer - what else does a girl need?
Perfect location. We had to book the large house as the others sold out but there were only two of us and a tiny poodle! Would book again for the dog friendly pet friendly stay!
My only negative is the foam block mattress - just felt like a block with no springiness - we both booked massages just to iron ourselves back into action! And we don’t even suffer with bad backs so maybe consider that.
And maybe where the plastic plants 😆
The unique home experience was lovely
The security around the place- quite dim. No grill door.
Also, the bed can be more confortable. A bit hard.

The little kitchenette was nice although we didn't really use it. The location was fantastic anf the shower was nice. It's a cosy place and nice for 4. Can fit up to 6. It's in a neighbourhood where actual residents still use so it's important to be mindful about this.
The air con blasts down on the bed upstairs and there is no way to adjust it so that it didn't blow on you except re position the bed. I would suggest positioning the head of the bed underneath the air con unit to have a better sleep.
A lot of space. Heritage style deco. Pet friendly. Nice kitchen with microwave and mini fridge. Awesome location, 3 minutes walk to Jonker.
Clean property and check-in was well organized. Parking is a challenge but was well prepared.
For me, the mattress was quite hard. Entering bathroom is a challenge for tall people.
There are fish in the pond and we were wondering who will be feeding them. No wardrobe to hang clothes on both floors. Each floor has a coat rack but it doesn’t suffice for clothing.
location location location ...excellent.. close enough to Jonker. far enough from the noise..
main aircon was abit underwhelming... 1st bed is within the main hall and the hall is big...aircon struggle to cool the whole room completely. a second smaller aircon nearer to the bed would make things more comfy . bed is hard but sleep-able ..overall, good.

Love the traditional Baba Nyonya influences and style! it was clean, spacious and comfortable and well located smack in the middle of Jonker. My dogs loved it here, we will be returning for sure.
Parking is tricky during the day, but during the night it’s easier to find a spot close by. Do inform the front desk if you can’t find parking though! They can direct you to an alternative parking area nearby.
nice authentic experience of living in the heart of Melaka.
the lights were rather bright, some small lamps would be nice. a bigger fridge would also have been nice. melaka is a very warm place and would be nice to keep the drinks cool. the upstairs was very sparsely furnished, a closet or even somewhere to put the luggage would be nice.
