The Loft Hotel Iligan City

Electric water heaters in both of our units were not working. Tv was just good for using guest’s Netflix, Prime ect accounts and only You Tube was available

No enough parking --- no parking reservation for guests with car (even if it is mentioned in the booking request). The bar space -- way through the lobby was wet and slippery, some part of the floor tiles were broken and a long big water hose is laid on the way. In the morning, 6am - 8am, tables and chairs were left as it was used the preceding night, rubbish on the tables, not a good impression for first time guests. The lobby itself needs beautification, though its clean, but a good reception decoration and organization of furnishings and furniture will go a long way in terms of good ratings in the industry. An instagramable lobby could make the hotel positively-known publicly fast. The room should have a kettle for use of hot water. The loud band-music on the ground floor. (Value for Money is almost achieved).

The space is not comfirtable for two beds and occupant .Only comfortable for one and quite far from worksite

Do not have enough options for TV channels.

place is situated in a bar complex, hence very noisy during the night, guests can't totally relax. restaurants open late in the morning, since the hotel ha no restaurant of its own. CR facilities not functioning well

the place is not well maintained.

I just dont like the entrance coz you need to walk inside the bar to go to your room .

Nothing, place was clean enough .
