ok but needs a lot of improvement, need to clean also some of the surroundings

Cons:

place is situated in a bar complex, hence very noisy during the night, guests can't totally relax. restaurants open late in the morning, since the hotel ha no restaurant of its own. CR facilities not functioning well

Pros:

I like the stuffs ,nice people but the room need renovation ,bathroom sink and bathroom door need fix ,should put more towel .but other are fine ,nice tv..its kind of noisy coz its a bar downstairs ..but the rest are good.thanks.

I just dont like the entrance coz you need to walk inside the bar to go to your room .

Pros:

Great place aqua bar is amazing the place at night it's great all lit up lots of food options bars restaurants. Lots of transport friendly people even the gym is on your doorstep. Nice room it's a bit noisy at night ,but that's the life there people enjoy them selves .you should check it out ,I like iligan City great place
Police presence there too makes you feel safe security on the hotel entrance
Everything is at a arms reach. Great place.

Cons:

Well for me it wasvthe music a bit loud but I bought ear plugs, solved the problem.
