Clean and modern with good facilities
Central. Just a short walk into town or to the promenade
The bed was so comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed. Had the weather been better I would have made use of the private seating area outside.

Location, facilities, communal kitchen.
Blinds were broken. Unresponsive communication from property manager who asked whether I needed anything by text message and when I sought information about local shops, etc. took 24 hours to reply and still didn’t answer any of my questions. No fridge in rooms at this pricing point is completely unacceptable. As is no freezer/ice in the communal kitchen.
The help yourself breakfast is a great idea, room is really well appointed with quality fittings etc, clean and comfortable. The bottle of wine in the room was a nice touch. They really have thought of everything.
If I have to think of something, the lack of parking could be an issue. We came by train this time though.
The room was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. We appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks that were made available in the shared kitchen. The location is ideal – close to the seafront, shops, and restaurants, yet nice and quiet. A perfect base for exploring Aberystwyth. Highly recommended!

This is hands down the cleanest place I've ever stayed in it was spotless, no breakfast, but a kitchen stocked with drinks snacks and bread, cheese for you to enjoy complimentary

Extremely well-appointed room in a spotless small hotel. Excellent breakfast provided (no cooked option available) in the kitchen adjacent to the room.
Convenient for walking into Aberystwyth.
The room was well appointed, spotlessly clean and lovely and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and it was wonderful to be able to choose what and when to eat breakfast, as well as being able to have snacks at other times.
The only criticism was the complicated method for gaining access, however Donna immediately sorted that out for us, providing an alternative.
I suggest that Booking.com inform guests in the online information if they are required to download apps in order to access the premises, as I'm sure we are not the only people who find this difficult, and would prefer a more traditional method.

Parking was a bit tricky but if you're patient you'll find a space.
On the day I checked out there was a free space much closer to the property so I just moved my car and then loaded up the bags.
