Stanza carina in un bel quartiere.
Pros:

La struttura è in una bella posizione, sia per prendere la metro e raggiungere il centro, sia per la vicinanza a tutti i servizi e a Tempelhofer Feld. La stanza era pulita e pertinente con le foto sul sito, nonostante si affacciasse sulla strada era molto ben isolata a livello acustico.

Cons:

C’era un problema di umidità nel bagno, che crea qualche alone di muffa e che si riflette un po’ nella stanza, non da creare un problema per il soggiorno ma un po’ fastidioso.

Kühle und ausreichend ausgestattete Unterkunft für kurzen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Unser Zimmer im EG war kühl und relativ ruhig. Die Abwicklung vorab mit den Türcodes hat gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Leider werden die Handtücher und Klamotten im Zimmer, vor allem im Badezimmer nicht wirklich trocken. Dadurch hat es im Bad auch immer etwas gestunken.
Der Fernseher hat kein normales Free TV Programm.
Insgesamt war Preis-Leistung nicht das wahre.

Overall, a decent stay in great neighborhood.
Pros:

Great locatoin in Neukolln. Right on Herrfurthplatz.

Cons:

Room window on street level, so very noisy Friday and Saturday nights. Wished it had been interior so as to open window more often and fuller.

Pros:

Die Lage im Schiller Kiez ist super und man bekommt alles was man braucht. Mein Zimmer war mit dem Fenster direkt am Gehweg. Da bekommt man viel vom Kiez mit, das kann gut sein oder auch nerven.

Cons:

Es ist so ein Self Check-in Teil, bei dem man keinen Menschen sieht. Das ist nicht so mein Ding.. Der Preis ist definitiv überzogen für die Art der Ausstattung und jeder Tag hat einen anderen Preis....

The room seems bigger than it is in the reality. But it works, no problem. Also it was a little confusing to get there the first time with all the codes, but after you get what's needed - super comfy

Pros:

Great location. Easy walk to subway station. There's a charming coffee shop inside a church right across the street, perfect for morning cappuccinos, and a grocery store right on the corner. On Saturdays there's also a great little market that sets up around the church.
The room was a good size. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is clean, modern and perfectly equipped with great water pressure. It is self check-in and check-out with three separate doors and codes for each entry but they're easy to operate and access is simple. The host is attentive, checks in frequently with guests and is very accommodating. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

Nothing. It was perfect!

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt neben dem Tempelhofer Feld. U-Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Da der Vermieter nicht vor Ort ist, habe ich alle notwendigen Infos und Zugangscodes vorab per Mail erhalten. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Perfekt.

Pros:

WLAN und Zugang per Zahlencodes haben problemlos funktioniert. Die Betten sind sehr gut, das Bad bequem und geräumig. Obwohl das Zimmer im Parterre zur Straße hin lag, war es nachts ziemlich ruhig. Die Musik der benachbarten Kneipe wurde ab 23:00 Uhr leise gedreht.

Cons:

Die Lage im Schillerkiez empfinden viele sicher als belebt und zentral und als guten Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten, manche aber auch als problematisch und als sozialen Brennpunkt. Beides liegt hier nah beieinander.

Pros:

Se nota que recién lo renovaron para alquilarlo, todo se veia en optimas condiciones pero no dejaba de tener el ambiente de sótano. Llegas y obviemante no hay nadie que te indique absolutamente nada, no se sabe bien cual puerta abrir... de terror....

Cons:

Es un primer piso pero parece un sótano. La ventana da a la calle y afuera habia gente fumando marihuana. Habian unas motos y unos basureros. No funcionó nunca la calefacción. cuando me fui entraron a mi habitacion a revisar si lo que yo decia era cierto, y obviamente era cierto, no habia calefacciión y eran dias de 3 grados por la noche por lo que me congerlé. Me escribieron que me tape si tengo frio... No horrible experiencia, nunca más.
