Pros:

The room was large with high ceilings.

Cons:

The area is terrible, it's quite run down, there's graffiti everywhere and you feel like you're going to get robbed at any moment. Everything smells of marijuana.

When I came to the room it had not been cleaned and I had to wait for 1,5 hours for the cleaner.

It feels like the code doesn't change between guests and so anyone who's stayed there once could just walk in.

Sehr gutes Bett und sehr gute Kopfkissen. Ruhig und doch im Kiez mit allem, was man/frau braucht.
Sehr gute Betreuung.
Nicht überteuert wie so manche Unterkunft in Berlin.

Cons:

Im Bad müsste die Wand neben dem Waschbecken- an diesem ist die Armatur locker- gestrichen werden, der Duschvorhang ist auch erneuerungsbedürftig.

Pros:

Kostenloser Parkplatz vor dem Haus; charmante und nette Gastgeberin; Kirchglocken erst um 12 Uhr mittags (hatte etwas Angst davor).

Cons:

Lage der Steckdose unter dem Tisch ist etwas unglücklich; lange blonde Haare (Vormieterin) in der Dusche.

Leider enttäuschend
Pros:

Zentrale Lage in Neukölln, nahe Tempelhofer Feld (Hier muss man wissen, dass Neukölln kein sauberer Stadtbezirk ist, sondern dass hier Vermüllung zum Straßenbild dazugehört.) Supermarkt, Cafés, kleine Restaurants in der Nähe, ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze an der Unterkunft.
Unterkunft selbst: zum Innenhof ausgerichtete Zimmer sind sehr ruhig, sehr gute Betten, modernes Bad,
im Flur der Wohnung für alle Gäste: kleine Spüle, kleiner Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Tassen.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft entsprach nicht meinen Vorstellungen (siehe Fotos: verstaubt in allen Ecken, Ablagen und unter den Betten sowie zwei Schwarzschimmelflächen (1x Bad, 1x Schlafbereich)). Da der Beton ein gestrichener Betonboden ist, besteht ständig Bodenkãlte, was im Sommer sicherlich für angenehme Kühle sorgt, im Winter aber dafür sorgt, dass das Zimmer nicht angenehm warm wird. Der eine Heizkörper unter einem der beiden Fenster konnte das Zimmer auf 19.5 Grad erwärmen, das war mir nicht warm genug. - Direkt vor den beiden Fenstern (Zimmer 02) stehen hölzerne Sichtschutzwände, eine Aussicht ist nicht gegeben. Durch diese Sichtschutzwände und die Bodenkälte entsteht der Eindruck, als wäre man in ejnem Souterrainzimmer. ---- Als Stauballergikerin (was ich vor der Buchung angegeben und nach der Buchung wiederholt hatte, konnte ich den Staub und Schimmel nicht aushalten und verließ nach einer Nacht die Unterkunft. Die diesbezügliche Kommunikation per E-Mal mit einer Wohnungsverwalterin, die dann jeweils Rücksprache mit dem Besitzer halten musste, verlief sehr freundlich und höflich, aber z.T.wartete ich stundenlang auf eine Antwort. Hier hat booking.com hervorragend unterstützt und der Besitzer gewährte mir kulanterweise eine 70%ige Rückerstattung des Gesamtpreises.
