Pros:

Comfortable bed, friendly staff (explained a lot, gave recommendations), very good location, old town area. Smoking area few minutes from the place.

Cons:

One main road closed for passing, not friendly neighbours.

The apartment is very comfortable, new, clean, and has everything you need.

The check-in is easy. And the receptionist is lovely and very helpful.

Tight and cosy place
Pros:

Very helpful and attentive staff that provided everything we needed. Great location near a temple that you can visit early in the morning before the masses arrive.

Cons:

The place is a bit tight for four people, not enough room to sit somewhere together.

Charming Stay with Exceptional Hospitality in Kyoto
Pros:

The service was impeccable. The host was extremely kind and attentive and gave us many helpful tips about Kyoto, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The apartment itself is beautiful and everything feels high quality. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from some of the most popular attractions in the historic area of Kyoto. Having access to a washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen was also very convenient during our trip.

Cons:

Overall, we felt very comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. The only small point is that the kitchen could be better prepared to host a family of four. There were only two glasses and two cups, which made it a bit less practical for us.

Even so, it is a wonderful place and I would definitely stay here again. My rating: 9.5/10.

Pros:

施設がとても綺麗で、必要最低限の設備だったので空間がすっきりしており、とても居心地が良かったです。またベットの寝心地が最高で快眠できました。また利用したいです。

Cons:

市街地なので仕方ないですが、駐車場が近隣コインパーキングなので荷物の移動等は少し不便です。部屋は全てが詰まっていて良いですが、少し狭いかなと思いました。
また設備にトースター等の記載がありましたが、何もなかったです。(ロビーにあったのかな？）

I had a wonderful stay at Kyo no Yado En. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore Kyoto’s main attractions while still enjoying a quiet and traditional atmosphere. Прекрасный район! Всего 15 минут на автобусе со станции Киото на 206 автобусе, (отходит с D2 на станции Киото). При этом, от отеля идти до автобусной остановки Gojozaka всего 5 минут. Отель расположен в тихом переулке, но выйдя из отеля и пройдя 7-10 метров вы выходите на оживленную торговую улочку.
В 7 минутах ходьбы супермаркет 7/11. Вокруг много точек для перекуса и кафе. В 300-400 метрах расположен храм.
Мы бронировали большой семейный номер! Он был великолепен! В апартаментах есть даже японская комната с татами, которая очень понравилась нашему ребенку! Сами апартаменты спроектированы с умом. Каждое пространство используется грамотно! В апартаментах ощущается, что дизайн действительно продуманный до мелочей! Прекрасная техника, все современное, новое, чистое!
Отдельно отмечу матрасы и постельное белье! Такого качества мы нигде не встречали!
В отеле очень тихо, за все время пребывания мы не слышали и даже не видели соседей. Очень хорошая шумоизоляция. Есть также лифт.

Хозяин отеля заботится о комфорте постояльцев! Сам меняет полотенца ежедневно, подробно рассказывает об интересующих для посещения храмах, магазинах, кафе и обменниках. Благодарим Ютака сан за вашу заботу и за прекрасный атмосферный отель!
Это действительно лучший выбор отеля!!! Самый комфортный за все время пребывания в Японии!
Отдельно отметим как Киото, так и Японию в целом, это действительно великолепно!!! Япония в нашем сердце!♥️
