Loved the hotel itself, not so much the operation of it.
Pros:

Brilliant location and views. The beds we exceptionally comfortable and the room was very good.

Cons:

Service was average. Hotel missed the mark with little things like no soap, A/C off in guest corridors to room.
The breakfast buffet was good but food not refilled.

Pros:

Breakfast buffet was very complete, except for the coffee selection (there was one pot of black coffee and a jar of milk, anything else had to be paid for separately), the view was breathtaking, the gym was very well equipped, the pool was nice (although short opening hours). The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very kind, albeit not all of them spoke English.

WiFi was a mess, but that shouldn't really be an issue for a holiday
