comodo e consigliato!
Pros:

Camera in posizione comodissima per la visita al centro di Santiago. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile e appartamento pulito, al ventesimo piano di un palazzo da cui si possono ammirare le montagne. Il cortile del palazzo viene chiuso la notte così da garantire maggiore sicurezza. Consigliatissimo!

Excelente escolha
Pros:

Tudo. Luis é uma pessoal excelente, compreensiva e muito boa de conversar. O lugar é bonito e arrumado, com vista para morros, perto de um parque, áreas turísticas culturais, metrô, mercado, e é possível ver os Andes nevados no horizonte. O apartamento é muito agradável.

Pros:

Es un apartamento muy hermoso, lleno de carácter, limpio y organizado. La habitación tiene una vista espectacular y es aún más linda que en las fotos que aparecen aquí (adjunto cómo se ve actualmente). Luis, el anfitrión, siempre fue muy atento e incluso consiguió las frutas de mi preferencia para el desayuno. En general fue una estadía super tranquila y pacífica, me sentí muy a gusto. El edificio cuenta con portero las 24 hs y todos fueron siempre muy amables, incluídos los vecinos. Aunque la ubicación es genial para moverse de día (a metros está la estación de metro "Universidad Católica", cruzando la Alameda está el barrio de Lastarria y a unas cuadras se encuentra el Cerro Santa Lucía, una visita imperdible en Santiago) algo a tener presente es la zona donde están ubicadas las torres. Si bien no me pasó nada, no es muy segura para caminar de noche (especialmente cuando deja de funcionar el metro y hay menos flujo de gente) ya que hay mucha gente en situación de calle o tomando. Claro que, como en toda ciudad grande, hay que tomar recaudos. La zona céntrica es ruidosa, así que recomiendo tapones para los oídos para poder dormir. Todo lo demás excelente!

La verdad que Luis y su pareja fueron muy amables. La habitación impecable, la ubicación céntrica muy buena y además tienen incluído el desayuno. Gracias y saludos.
