Correct pour un transit, bien placé pour profiter de Makati et se rendre à l'aéroport
Pros:

Appartement situé dans un condo en bordure du quartier Makati. Pas mal de commodités aux abords du complexe (supermarché, marché de fruits et légumes à quelques rues), zone d'arrêt pour les taxis ce qui est pratique.
L'appartement est correct, pas grand mais suffisant pour un transit.
Les hôtes sont rapides pour la communication pour le check-in (self check-in au bureau de sécurité du condo).
Très proche de l'aéroport (20 minutes avec un Grab par la speedway, environ 300 PHP).

Cons:

La propreté n'était pas parfaite (salle de bain / toilettes...) mais correcte.
Dans le condo, il y a 4 ascenseurs pour accéder aux quarante et quelques étages où vivent des gens: ça donne des files d'attentes pour monter et descendre, pas très pratique.
Ambiance très sécuritaire dans le condo (peut être nécessaire pour Manille mais un peu déconcertante pour des voyageurs européens)

Pros:

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα... άνετο πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο σε πολύ κομβικό σημείο της πόλης που μπορεί να εξυπηρετηθεί ένας ταξιδιώτης για οτιδήποτε χρειαστεί..η πισίνα τεράστια ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενεστατος κ εξυπηρετικός σε όλα...μας βοηθησε για όλα

Excellent property. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The unit was clean, tidy, and had all the basic amenities for a short stay. The location is excellent with plenty of restaurants and essential shops. Finally, the host was extremely nice and helpful.

Cons:

The elevator wait time can be occasionally inconvenient, but it’s not a dealbreaker.

The building was modern , the apartment was very comfortable, location is great. The host is very helpful, i didn’t use any of the building amenities but great experience overall 😊

Perfect
Pros:

Everything was perfect. The place is well located, well equipped, the internet works fast and there are amazing views from the roof deck. The host is super friendly and responsive and I could even check out late due to my evening flight. Highly recommended place!
