Room was big and great location.
Had to change room as the toilet was not functioning. In other room the AC remote was broken and fan was not working which they fixed late in the night.

Fantastic location, a few minutes from the front and amongst all the restaurants / bars. The beds were huge and so comfortable. Staff were all friendly, nothing was too much to ask.
There were a lot of ants in the room.
After the strong Typhoon, Yagi hit the Halong Bay in September, nevertheless, they were able to host us. Due to the disaster the facilities were not functioned but It was OK.
Nothing, I would not recommend this hotel as an option.
When we arrived at the hotel the personnel were non-existent. We only found a 12 year old kid playing with the mobile phone. We told him we had a booking and he called an adult who seemed his father and he obligated us to pay 4 times the price we had booked via the app. We told him that this was illegal but in the end we didn't have another option so we had to pay way more.
So the price-quality relation is horrible and they are very unprofessional. The room wasn't anything special you can find much better options for the real price we ended up paying. Also we had breakfast included but they didn't serve us anything and later we discovered that the breakfast was not in the hotel.
Finally a special negative comment for Booking support as we tried to contact them to provide a solution but more than one week after they haven't answered us we will definitely open a formal complaint via the consumer office of our country
Good value for money. Good location. The gentleman at reception even arranged an unforgettable island cruise for us. They offer scooters for rent and the little youngster at the front desk can show many others in the hospitality industry how things should be done. And the boy is only 12 years old. He managed the hotel like a champ. The hotel offers comfortable beds and good clean linen. Bathrooms are top notch. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay.

The room was clean and you have a lot of space. Friendly Staff. Location was good.
The reception is carried out by children. You have to communicate with google translate which didn't bother me at all. It was just so strange that the owner or father it only there if someone checks in.
Breakfast was ridiculous and you have to walk 3 min for that.
