Great
Pros:

There are many eateries nearby, so it can get a bit noisy in the evening if the window are open. Close them, and it's perfectly quiet.

I do not recommend it.
Pros:

Room was big and great location.

Had to change room as the toilet was not functioning. In other room the AC remote was broken and fan was not working which they fixed late in the night.
Room was mouldy.
