The gentleman who owned the place was very nice and a pleasure to deal with.
It’s close to the town centre.

Off road Parking is non existent
Bathroom dirty no hot water tap broken turned all way round toilet dirty bath dirty had to clean before I went in no lock on door asked for key still never got it

It was close to Glossop....
The accommodation was not what I expected. I appreciate paying £40 a night, I am not expecting 5 star treatment.
The shower facilities on my floor were not working, and as a result, I had to go downstairs to use the shower.
The duvet on the bed was not made properly.
No tea or coffee facilities, but there was a kettle!!
TV and Channel box were so dirty, they were a health hazard.

The place was very dirty. We had to clean the toilet before we could use it. It said that there were toiletries. The shower gel was actually a bottle of washing up liquid!

The bed was uncomfortable, @ arrival, they asked me to pay a bond of £30 for my room key.
I felt unsafe to leave my valuable belongings in a room unlock, and also all night the next room was too loud I have completed about that nothing has been done.

The road outside is very noisy from very early in the morning and the windows are not soundproof. In fact you can feel wind coming through the CLOSED windows.

The staff were extremely poor, the facility was not kept clean, the bedsheets and pillow case stinks of sweat.
They charged me 15 pound for each hour after 8pm which was never advertised on their page.
I had a room on the top floor. And it was functional.had all you needed for a 1 night stay, but could have had tea / coffee /sugar strips in the room. Don't know why it was called a deluxe room it didn't even have a cup/mug and a shared bathroom
