The airport shuttle service operates on the following schedule:
Airport to hotel: 10:45, 11:30, 12:30, 13:45, 16:00 and 18:00 – every day from 10:45 to 18:00.
Hotel to airport: 08:00, 10:30 and 13:00 – every day from 08:00 to 13:00.

Superb location, two swimming pools, very kind and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Classical interior finishings in the communal areas provide a grand and opulent ambience.
Limited natural daylight in room provided by window and a somewhat limited view.

Location, style of hotel and staff
The room and shower were very nice.
Cold eggs at start of breakfast service. Overall a little larger hotel than I prefer.
The breakfast was amazing and the location fantastisch, bed was,very good
Staff was ok. On the balcony was not even 1 chair, which i would expect from a 5 Star Hotel.

The location is great, a short stroll away from the busy area.
The bed was extremely comfortable.
Breakfast was good, the pho station in particular.
The rooftop bar is really nice, although a couple of decorations could be more tasteful in line with the rest of the space.
The toilet in our room took way too long to refill after flushing. We reported it and we were told to was normal, it is not and for a 5* hotel to have to ration your toilet flush is not okay.
The lock on the toilet door at the rooftop pool was also broken.

Amazing stay, felt royal as the name suggests! Breakfast was superb, the rooms and facilities were very clean and staff were very helpful and professional!

If I’m being fussy, maybe turn down the music by the upstairs pool (but that’s really reaching for something negative).

Nice rooms with beautiful decoration. Nice pools. Great breakfast.
Too loud music at the pools. People are reading/listening to podcasts and relaxing while the staff puts on very loud music. Totally off and misunderstood. Coffee serving at breakfast took up to 30 minutes while staff was totally ignorant. First seated in an area, but other tables were served coffee right after they were seated; no one wondering why our table still wasn't served; logistics not working and staff not professional (but friendly though) enough to realize it.
The decoration at the hotel was beautiful except the tacky golden chairs at the reception; can't understand that style mix-up.
