Cons:

The toilet seat was broken and didn’t get fixed. It was also a little noisy. The bed head was loose.

Perfect and pleasant.
Pros:

Everything. The location, the breakfast, all the hotel services. The infinity pool is amazing. Another pool is also very beautiful. The staff at the reception and in general at the hotel are very kind and helpful.

Cons:

We loved everything.

Lovely hotel in walking distance to old town.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great location, within walking distance to the old town. Room was spacious and clean with an excellent view of the river. We loved spending time relaxing on the rooftop pool. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

We would not recommend the Executive lounge. One of the worst we have ever encountered. We stayed over a week and on a couple of the days, the room was not cleaned until after 3pm. Beware advertise free shuttle to airport but last one at 1pm! At other hotels they went out of their way to ensure the transfers occurred. Compared to other hotels they just miss the mark to be excellent.

Nydelig hotell med meget bra beliggenhet
Pros:

Hotellet har veldig fin beliggenhet, rett utenfor gamlebyen. Det gjør stedet rolig og avslappet, men kort vei til alt av det Hoi An kan tilby. Meget god frokost, som kan nytes både innen- eller utendørs. Hyggelig og serviceinnstilt betjening. Privat strand med shuttle mulighet.

Cons:

Det var en fuktig/innestengt lukt på de to rommene vi hadde, som gjør at du må lufte hele tiden. Men vi hadde flott balkong, så ikke noe stort problem.

Amazing hotel, pool and breakfast - but noisy stay, hard to sleep.
Pros:

The pool and entire hotel in general is beautiful. It felt very luxurious compared to other places we stayed, the breakfast was fantastic and it was a close enough walk to tailors in old town and the lake.

Cons:

The sound proofing is terrible. We had a balcony with river view which wasn’t too bad hearing outside noise, but a baby in the next room kept us up. The hotel were nice enough to move us on our last night and helpful, but we got moved to a balcony with street view and I wish we stayed next to the baby crying. The noise on the street kept us up all night, the sound was like we had a window open but everything was shut. So either way, bad sound proofing from room to room, and from street to room.

Wonderful hotel on great location
Pros:

Pools on ground floor and roof were great. Breakfast buffet very well with good coffee and eggs on demand provided. Very nice bar on the roof top too.

Cons:

The staff member arranging the bicycles (for free) was not too friendly but this was the only minus.

Pros:

Excellent location, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Odd bathroom layout. Beer way more expensive at the rooftop pool compared to the regular pool. Not as personable as at other hotels during out stay in Vietnam

A good comfortable Hotel.
Pros:

Great room, good facilities.

Cons:

Breakfast was geared mostly to Asian tastes. Could be more western as there were a lot of westerners there.

Club level was disappointing
Food was good, drinks were too limited, and open time too short.
