Určitě zase přijedeme
Pros:

Naše návštěva nebyla první a předpokládám, že ani poslední. Velmi vstřícný personál, čistota, nabídka a pestrost jídel plus návštěva termálních bazénů je pro náš odpočinek vynikající.

Pros:

Uslužbenci so bili izredno prijazni.V času bivanja v hotelu sem dopolnila 60 let.V sobi me je pričakala steklenička penine in čestitka.Bila sem prijetno presenečena.Ob dnevu žena smo vse ženske pri zajtrku dobile penino.Zelo lepo.

Za najin okus so bile vzmetnice,kar precej premehke in sva slabo spala.

Keinen Balkon bzw ist für uns kein Balkon .Bademantel Schlaufen kaputt .Badezimmer Sifon schmutzig und Haare am Boden.Weder ich noch mein Mann haben lange schwarze Haare auch im Bett.

Pros:

Osebje je bilo izjemno prijazno, prostori so bili čisti, v termalnem parku pa ni bilo gneče, kar je omogočalo res sproščeno doživetje.

Cons:

Naš dopust je precej pokvarila skupina avstrijskih nogometašev v zrelejših letih, ki so ponoči povzročali hrup in se vedli, kot da so na maturantskem izletu. Zaradi tega je bilo z mirnim oddihom konec.
Večerje so bile očitno namenjene starejšim gostom, zato za otroke skoraj ni bilo primerne ponudbe, čeprav so potekale šolske počitnice. Hrana je bila sicer dobra, vendar bi lahko v hotelu več pozornosti namenili tudi prezentaciji jedi – v drugih hotelih štirizvezdične kategorije v njihovi verigi imajo to bistveno bolje urejeno.

To hitenje ob obrokih, pri večerji ob 20-h, že brez kruha, mesa, prilog ... 15 min. pred koncem večerje že pospravlajnje ...
Bazeni bi morali biti vsaj ob vikendih odprti dlje, vsaj do 22,00 ure, ne pa da ob 20,45 uri ne moreš več v bazen !

Schnell und leicht erreichbar liefert dieses Thermenhotel das was man erwartet.
Pros:

Gutes, ausreichendes Frühstück und Abendessen! Genug Platz im Wellness-Bereich!

Cons:

Man musste beim Abendessen die Kellner suchen und extra nachfragen, um Getränke zu bestellen. Sie waren scheinbar mehr am Zusammenräumen interessiert. als an den Gästen!
