المكان قام بإلغاء الحجز الخاص بي مع العلم انه كان حجز مؤكد وبمجرد وصولي للفندق قام الموظف بإخباري انه لا يوجد غرف شاغره واخبرته انى سأقوم بعمل شكوى قام الموظف بإرسال بريد بإلغاء الحجز ولم يتم اخبارى بالإلغاء قبل التواصل مع موظف الاستقبال
