Pros:

Everything was very nice and clean... The staff and owner were very supportive and helpful... As the induction was not working the owner replaced the same within two hours... There were also swings and slides for my child to play... Overall value for money paid.

Great Room, But I Didn’t Sign Up to Be the Property Manager!
Pros:

Spacious room with a modern design, private balcony, and bathroom
Well-equipped kitchen for convenient meal preparation
Ground-floor of the Suites had access to a supermarket, restaurant, ATM, and currency exchange
Easy access to the town center; taxis can easily pick-up and drop-off
Extra mattress stored under the bed, allowing the room to accommodate more guests
Furniture was reasonably comfortable and functional
Overall ambience was pleasant and welcoming

Cons:

Bathroom lacked a shower curtain, causing water spillage and slipping risk
Towel holder in bathroom was loose and needs a permanent fixture
Water heating switch was outside the bathroom and not clearly marked
Large toy/playground structure not suitable for guests without children
Towels were plentiful but not white, falling short of hospitality standards
Wall stickers were not to my taste; paintings or local imagery would be better
Wi-Fi was unstable and disrupted my online meetings
No initial guidance on using the lift, Wi-Fi, or remote; had to request info
No bedside lamp or switch, making nighttime lighting inconvenient
Staff didn’t assist with luggage despite my disability
Checkout process felt insecure—leaving the key on the table and room unlocked as adviced by staff, raising liability concerns.
After I checked out, the staff sent confusing messages about matters that should have been addressed by the Suites' property management team—not the guest.

Pros:

The apartment was great - location and amenities. The biggest plus was drinking water - no plastic bottles and to buy water. Bed was comfortable and clean and two air-conditioning was working great. And so is the wi-fi that is generally working except at night it might intermittently drop due to probably too much traffic.
And most of all - the host was very attentive and accomodating in early check-in.

Cons:

Few of the gym equipments were under repair during my 6 days stay.
