Cons:

Chambre humide absence de chauffage ( paraît il par réglementation mais au détriment du confort de la clientèle !) d’où linges et, serviettes trempées impossible à réutiliser

Pros:

Estaba muy cerca de Alba, como para ir andando. La habitación grande y cama cómoda, Desayuno variado y bueno.

Cons:

La limpieza de las instalaciones. Nos dieron una habitación fuera en un edificio en la 2 planta y estaba todo algo sucio. Y necesita algun arreglo

Das Zentrum von Alba ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar, ca 20‘. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Zimmer mit Balkon und Parkplatz direkt vor dem Zimmer

Pros:

Camere pulite, parcheggio disponibile davanti alla camera. Buona colazione. Il centro di Alba è raggiungibile anche a piedi in 15 min

Ich würde diese Hotel nicht mehr buchen,
Pros:

Frühstück war von 07.00 bis 10.00. Wir kamen um 09.00 Uhr und es gab kein Rührei und kein Brot mehr. Brot wurde dann aufgebacken, Rührei gab es nicht mehr.
In Alba gibt es kein reguläres Taxi, sondern nur Mietwagen mit Fahrer, d.h. bei Anruf passiert es, dass alle eine Fahrt ablehnen, besonders ab 22.00 Uhr. Bus fährt auch nicht zum Hotel und zu Fuß Zentrum Hotel ist für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung dann schwierig,

Das Hotel selbst ist sehr verwinkelt mit vielen Treppen (schwierig bei Geh- und Sehbehinderung). Unser Zimmer lag in 1. Stock (11 Stufen bis Absatz dann 2 Stufen ins Zimmer und im Zimmer eine hohe Stufe ins Bad. Von wegen Barrierefrei!
Keine Hotelbar, nur Automaten. Normales Fernsehen war nicht kostenfrei.
Personal nicht immer freundlich.
