The apartment was excellent nice and quiet and peaceful. The location has a wonderful swimming pool and facilities.❤️

No supermarket in site. To buy groceries you need to travel to Sm seaside which might take a while..

we haven't even checked the room
Pros:

The host was very friendly on the phone and promised an immediate refund when she learned that electricity was not sufficient to run the aircon.
We choose to go to a Hotel, because in some parts of Cebu, including our home electricity was not yet available after typhoon Tina.
Unfortunately the Hotel suffered from the same adverse conditions.
I cannot provide any detailed rating, and it would be unjust to the host to provide a bad rating as the unfavorable weather conditions have caused a only limited use of the facility.

Cons:

Hotel was bookable even so it was known that there is no or limited (generator created) energy available.

Price is reasoble, internet is working, good location. Host is available at site.

Not very clean, bathroom is very small and needs updating . Bed sheets are not enough for 1 week stay.

It was a comfortable experience for me and my family and if we come back to Cebu we'll definitely stay here again.
Pros:

It was comfortable and cozy. Also had great amenities like a pool and a gym nearby.

Cons:

There were still left over alcohol bottles from previous guests.
