Nothing, the management was useless and rude the rooms were filthy and none of the amenities stated were provided. It’s obviously a place for people to hire prostitutes as the bedding is plastic and they have various condoms plastered all over reception.
We booked and paid for a deluxe room with city views, ac, toiletries, a wardrobe and a spacious layout - on arrival we were asked to pay upfront which we did only to be shown to a box room with no windows, no working air conditioning, no toiletries and not ever toilet roll! We contacted management for a partial refund as the room we were given was not the one we paid for or a full refund to stay somewhere else. They ignored us and in the morning when we checked out we tried again to speak to them to get a partial refund, we were told management wasn’t available and this was the room we booked - despite me showing proof of the one we did pay for and all the amenities listed. The hotel is dirty outdated and badly run but the management is the worst. I would not recommend anyone stay here there are plenty of other budget friendly hotels for much better value.
Tv doesnt work, the fan wasn't working + full od dust, barely any room since we had 3 suitcases there was no room, beds felt dirty, no window even tho we had booked with view.
