In order to best organize your stay, can you let us know your arrival time (Check in from 3 p.m.)

Your price includes breakfast in our bistronomic restaurant La Cour de la Reine, a bottle of bubbles in your room as well as a welcome gift.
You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the famous Thermes de Spa free of charge every day except for the checkout days (We will need to know the 3 hour time slot that best suits you to enjoy it). Please note that the Thermes de Spa are only accessible from the age of 16.

Please note that a credit card pre-authorization form must be completed by customers who book 3 or more roomsThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Cons:

Nous avons dû supporter les aboiements d un chien une bonne partie de la matinée.
Je pense que les chiens doivent être extrêmement bien éduqués pour être autorisés car les gens ont besoin de profiter de leur séjour dans un certain calme.

Mooi hotel op een toplocatie. Niet meer en niet minder.
Pros:

Het ontbijt voldeed net. Maar zeker niet meer dan dat. Beperkte keuze!

Pros:

Dommage que on a pas eu de cuillère pour la entree une et du pain seulement au repas alors que nous avions un 5 services, il était au four.
Pas de plan bis sauf notre voiture pour accéder au thermes avec le funiculaire en panne

I was disappointed with the price I paid.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helping. The location was at the heart of city of Spa which the travelers can enjoy city walks.

Cons:

There is no proper reception here. Limited open hours and they close off the reception room at 7:00pm!!
There was no public restroom at the hotel for passengers who arrive a bit earlier than the normal check-in time.
Another down-side was the too later check-in time (3:00pm).
The value is too expensive for this hotel.
