Large spacious apartment, tastefully furnished, a variety of snacks included, Fantastic position. 10 out of 10 for Lorenzo the host, who was very friendly and helpful!

The rooms had no window and there’s a small kitchen but no table in the room.
I contacted the administrators about eating in the common area and it was informed that this was not allowed. I think having such a beautiful common area which tables you cannot use to eat useless. That’s why it’s always empty.
In my opinion: the price is expensive for a place with no breakfast and no possibility to eat in the comun area. Specially because there’s not even a table in the room for you to eat.

What an exceptional experience in Florence! Highly recommend this unique property that is just as beautiful as the photos. You feel like you have a large apartment, not a hotel room. It is decorated and appointed in a most comfortable and luxurious manner. Location was ideal. Lorenzo was a wonderful and available host who was very helpful.
Only negative was construction going on beneath the apartment in the morning but Lorenzo was able to get situation corrected

Room was very comfortable and the common area was spectacular
The door system isa Little overcomplicated - but you felt safe.
Location could not be more perfect, the hosts are super friendly and attentive and the rooms and amenities are modern, clean and spacious. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and can highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Florence.
