DE LO PEOR!
Pros:

Solo estaba buena la ubicación, y el muchacho de limpieza que se mostró amable.

Cons:

Habitacion muy mala en el 4to piso: despintada, mala manutención, super pequeña (usaron un buen truco en la foto). El baño penoso: el lavamanos es tan pequeño que no te podes lavar los dientes ni la cara; la canilla esta floja y mal direccionada, aportando a la incomodidad. Estuvimos sin agua 24 hs, a pesar del reclamo y de exigir un cambio de habitación, la respuesta fue "ya va a venir, en 15 minutos" desde las 8 de la mañana hasta las 20 hs. Claramente estan al tanto de que esta situación sucede. Recomendamos fuertemente no usar jamás este hospedaje.

All. Very poor customer service. Keep on promising but NIL action. Have to asked soooo many times.. they didnot record or write down what customer request or needed. Hv to tell from A-Z ever shift receptionist. Water supply is sooooo poor. Midst of showering no water.

During my stay, the room was not cleaned before we checked in. When we requested a room change, we found that the floorboard under the bed was broken, and the towels were dirty. There was no shower gel, the air conditioning was insufficiently cold, and there were numerous other issues. The manager did not resolve any of these problems and simply went downstairs to smoke, completely ignoring us. Additionally, at checkout time, there was no one at the reception. We waited for 15 minutes, and it wasn’t until we called staff that someone came to help resolve the issue. I honestly would not choose to stay here again under these circumstances.

Good location, spacious room and aircon worked well. Tv and kettle also which was good.

Cons:

We were initially given the wrong room but the receptionist was very accommodating and provided us with the one we booked. He was very helpful and friendly and resolved the problem so efficiently for us. Our second day there we asked the female receptionist for more toilet paper and was told “I don’t know, I’m new here. Go to the shop and buy some”
Was very surprised by this rude response as something as basic as toilet paper should be provided
