Glorious stay at a gorgeous property
Pros:

Gorgeous period property in a stunning village. The church behind it and the private walled garden were superb and the host very kind and attentive.

Great property, needs some TLC, but overall would recommend!
Pros:

Beautiful place to stay, centre of a lovely market town. Property had great features including private hot tub, old beams, modern bathroom and nice bedroom. The videos to explain parking and hot tub were fantastic- made things really easy and were definitely appreciated!

Cons:

WiFi was poor, items in kitchenette were dirty, couldn’t get toaster to work, rainfall shower head was partially blocked so water was coming out the sides and hot tub had some scum round the edge.

Lovely biju hideaway.
Pros:

Absolutely lovely little place. Spotlessly clean. A lovely private sanctuary. Very tastefully decorated. Host was contactable and very helpful. Shops etc within walking distance. On my list of one of the nicest places I've stayed. Will definitely stay again. Loved it!!!

Cons:

Couldn't work the coffee machine, but thats probably just me.

It was a very pleasent stay and easy to find

Fantastic location, hot tub treat.
Pros:

The location is superb- so close to all amenities and next to the magnificent church where we spent quite a bit of time, especially as it was the hottest day of the year! The hot tub was great and despite the hot day was a real treat. The garden was shady around 5pm when we used the tub so was perfect.

Cons:

Unfortunately for me the bed was too firm and also creaky. That combined with the hot weather made for a difficult nights sleep.

A real treat, will definitely return in the future. Would recommend to anyone.
Pros:

Location was amazing, hot tub made the trip for us and the courtyard was something else. Interior decor was top quality, yet quirky at the same time.
We have fallen in love with saffron Walden.
We had a few questions about local restaurant recommendation and they were spot on and any query was answered so quickly it really helped. Thank you.

Highly Reccomend.
Pros:

Lovely house, small but clean and useful. Has everything you need for a lovely stay, had a very minor issue with the door lock when leaving but after a quick phone call, was all sorted in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend booking this, hot tub was lovely and very easy to use!
Location was very good as well, on the high street so easy access to local pubs/restaurants/shops but the garden was tucked away nicely with lots of privacy, did not feel like you were on a high street at all!

All that glistens is not gold!
Pros:

At first glance it had a wow factor, gold fittings and wash basins - even a gold micro wave. Outside facilities great if it had have been summertime!

Cons:

But it shouldn't be described as a 'suite'!
It has no room for chairs inside or even an armchair...a very small bedroom, bed, kitchen and slightly bigger shower and toilet! Apart from a bed, absolutely no where to relax. There was an over whelming smell of cleaning materials, and floor was slightly sticky.
We couldn't get the heating to work so couldn't shower comfortably in the morning, or prepare anything for breakfast in the small kitchen area. No wonder we got a message from our host thanking us for leaving it so clean...I only made a couple of cups of tea during our entire visit! Very disappointed!
