How easy the process was to get there and check in.
Cleaning when needed. Easy to contact manager

Cons:

One of the rooms we booked didnt have dish rack for drying dishes. Curtain didnt block out sunlight in both rooms. Room doesnt have clothing hooks in room to hang reworn clothes or accessories. Stayed for 3 weeks so it would have been easier if theses things were available but overall a great stay

The room we were allocated during our second stay had a very uncomfortable mattress with layers of foam bits and pieces which made it unbearable to sleep on.

Pros:

Location was really good, in the middle of district 1 and you can walk/bus to anywhere.
Really close to Ben than market as well.
Could message the staff via WhatsApp to get any issues sorted quickly.

Cons:

You could only get housekeeping max 2 times a week.
Also there was a foreign card fee upon paying which is common in vietnam but I didn't know until I got there.

I always stay here when I’m Saigon. Second time now and looking forward to my next stay here.

Cons:

Beds very poor hard as rocks old and dirty under old mattress. Got shocks off linen, general cleaning very average, lacked basics in kitchen, lounge couch worn, 1 coffee mug 1 glass 1 fry pan no pots no toaster no maintenance aircon leads onto the floor which had delaminated due to prolonged leaks no basic tea coffee essentials broken dining room chairs washing machine hit and miss. Massive apartment block now blocks most views of other apartments.
