The hotel ignored guests’ rights and caused huge trouble to my trip. Do not book this hotel.

Terrible experience, dishonest hotel, strongly not recommended.

I booked and confirmed this hotel in advance through Booking.com.
However, when I arrived, I was suddenly told I could not check in with no reasonable explanation or solution.

What’s worse: even though they refused my valid reservation, the same room type was still being sold online at that moment. This is clearly overbooking and dishonest sales behavior.

The hotel ignored guests’ rights and caused huge trouble to my trip.
Do not book this hotel.

Pros:

Apartment's size is just nice for 2 persons. The mattress is very comfortable .The air cons worked very well ( important as HCM is super hot) and location is central.

Cons:

Soundproofing not so great .There was a noisy night when there was noise from nearby continuously through the night .Can hear it as background noise even with all windows closed.
Have to bring out garbage to a central collection area near the lift lobby . No housekeeping service ( we stayed 4 nights).

The location is in the center of Ho Chi Minh City, so it’s easy to walk everywhere. However, the surrounding area can be a bit smelly

This company is a scam. Left us scrambling for a hotel day of.
Pros:

It was a scam. The property lied to us and wanted to move us to a different location because of plumbing issues. We arrived to the new apartment and there were signs warning people that short term rentals were illegal. Please read google reviews before booking. Photos are outside the new apartment they sent us to.

Cons:

They were very sneaky. We didn’t get far before we cancelled. It was a pain and a lot of money to have to look for lodging last minute. Do not book and save yourself the headache.

Clean apartment with all basic amenities. Host was nice and allowed early check in and late check out both. Centrally placed.

Pros:

This is a lovely flat, and we could also walk to some of the major attractions. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, plus the tours will pick you up at the front door. It was quiet in the flat, and although there were appliances for cooking, the restaurants were so reasonable that we did not bother. The lady looking after this flat is really nice and dealt with our minor requests immediately.

Cons:

Nothing we would definitely consider this property again if we came back.
