Categories

Cleanliness
8.2
Mostly praised as clean and fresh in multiple reviews ("Propre", "Tiszta", "De kamer is mooi schoon"), but occasional lapses reported (trash not emptied for days, bathroom not clean in one review, beds not made on arrival).
Service
8
Mixed service reports: several mentions of friendly/helpful staff and shuttle arrangements, plus a named positive breakfast server; but issues include reception sometimes unattended, a rude-staff complaint, and slow technical response for a broken window.
Location
8.4
Location praised for proximity to Brussels/Bruges and convenience for airport access, but multiple noise complaints (street and aircraft) and parking difficulties/expense reduce the score slightly.
Room Quality
8.1
Rooms described as spacious, apartment-style with kitchenettes and comfortable beds, yet several problems noted (unmade or missing bedding, small shower for tall guest, loose bathroom tap, some beds too firm or one uncomfortable single bed).
Amenities
8
Good apartment amenities (kitchenette, kettle, coffee machine, fridge) and shuttle service; negatives include no daily housekeeping in some units, parking cost/availability issues, and breakfast being served in a neighbouring hotel rather than on-site.
Value for Money
8.9
Multiple reviewers explicitly note good or great value for money and satisfaction for the price, making this one of the stronger aspects of the stay.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Breakfast frequently described as very good/qualitative (although served at the neighbour hotel), with generally positive notes; minor complaints include lack of milk/sugar for coffee and having to go to another building for breakfast.
Overall Experience
8.2
Overall impressions are positive—clean, good value, convenient—tempered by service inconsistencies, some cleanliness/room issues, noise and parking problems; mixed but generally favorable.

Pros:
