Cons:

Zelf bedden opmaken, reageren niet op vraag over shuttlebus. Toen dure taxi moeten nemen. Tv werkte niet, konden nog niet slapen vanwege reis. Andere kamer gekregen. Weer zelf bedden opmaken.

Une belle découverte proche de Bruxelles et de l'aéroport
Pros:

J'ai aimé l'emplacement, l'espace dans la chambre, les équipements de cuisine, le confort des oreillers.

Cons:

J'ai juste trouvé un cheveux dans le lavabo sinon ras.
Il serait bien pour le parking payant de 24h de faire payer au prorata car 19 euros pour 24h alors qu'on y reste moins c'est cher.

Good aparthotel modern and clean
Pros:

The facility is modern and clean and the staff was very helpful and polite.

Cons:

There were not enough blankets in the room (less than 1 per bed), when asked they said they did not have enough. Just a minor issue, as the room was warm enough and all other supplies (e.g., bedsheets) were there.

Muy buenas condiciones, cómodo y cercano al aeropuerto
Pros:

La limpieza, la comodidad, el trato del personal y la ubicación, aunque es lejana del centro y la conexión no es de mi gusto, la zona es segura.

El precio del parking; también había obras y no me dejaban descansar.

Niet verbleven door overboeking, netjes en redelijk snel opgelost
Pros:

Het hotel was overboekt door een fout in het reserveringssysteem. De receptionist was druk bezig iets anders voor ons te regelen. Uiteindelijk over geboekt naar een ander (beter) hotel en als tegemoetkoming daar gratis parkeren gekregen

Cons:

Zorgen dat er geen sprake is van overboeking, wij hadden er geen stress van maar had heel vervelend kunnen zijn
