Jas war immer fĂĽr uns erreichbar, war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist top, sehr nahe an der SM Mall, zu FuĂź gut zu erreichen. Zum Selbstversorgen hatten Wir alles was wir brauchten.

Cons:

Wohnraum mit 2 Kindern war schon etwas zu Klein. Pool muss extra bezahlt werden.

Pros:

Initially, there’s just the four of us who would stay in this condo. Out of our plan, we needed to add one more person and the owner allowed it without an additional pay. The place is just right for the 5 of us (3 adult, 1 teenager, 1 kid). It’s also tidy and comfortable.

Cons:

The swimming pool isn’t free and you need verification fist before you can swim.

Pros:

L’appartement est cosy, très propre, joliment décoré et bien situé. L’hôtesse est très sympa et elle a à coeur que tout se passe bien. Je recommande cet établissement.

Cons:

L’appartement est super pour un couple ou une personne seule. Il est en revanche trop petit pour une famille. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants (6 et 3 ans). Avec le nombre de bagages que nous avions, c’était compliqué, car c’est très étroit. De même pour les lits: pas assez de place.

Outstanding 4-Night Stay!
Me & my parents had a fantastic experience during our 4-night stay at this condo hotel. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location was perfect—close to MOA.shops, restaurants, and attractions. I especially appreciated the comfort and convenience of having a full kitchen and living area. Highly recommended for both short and extended stays!

The water in the bathroom sink drains very slowly.

Lovely apartment in a great location.
Pros:

Excellent property, nicely decorated, modern and has all the facilities you need. The location of the property is great. Walking distance from MOA and a short taxi drive to Ayala mall and 15 minutes from Manila airport. The host Jazz was excellent and was extremely attentive. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be staying hear again.

Pros:

The whole place was decorated well and the amenities are well prepared but the only thing that made us feel disappointed was when we entered the room during check in, we found a couple of bugs - more like a young cockroach in the kitchen floor.

The suite was bit too tight for a space & sofa bed & pullout bed had a very limited space. Maybe bit longer sofa bed/sofa to lie across as no space to open up sofa bed
