Ça répondait à mon besoin : géographiquement bien placé.
Pros:

L'emplacement et l'arrivée autonome. L'accès au café dans l'établissement est un beau bonus ;-)

Cons:

C'est quand même une vielle bâtisse qui manque un peu d'amour :-) mais literie et matelas, ultra confortable et propre.

Limpeza do quarto.

Cons:

A experiência do self check in foi ruim. Chegamos tarde com o carro, fui orientada por e-mail e por telefone sobre chegar e colocar os códigos, mas nossa chave não estava no locker como orientado. Liguei para o concierge e ele foi um pouco grosseiro, mas veio e tudo se resolveu.

Cons:

I was late for a dinner, si I was happy with the simple self check-in, unfortunately, people were in the room I've rented. It took about an hour to sorry everything out. The room want very clean because the receptionist wanted to do the job fast. There was no upper sheets so I ended up using the extra towels as a cover.

How did 2 strangers got in the room before me is a mystery.

Cons:

My room was acceptable-although not worth what I paid-this is a hostel calling itself a guest house-in the common area the carpet is beyond FILTHY-not a good first impression-cot in the hallway-other storage in the halls- and the walls have filler on them-need new carpet and paint-bizarre to charge what they do-
No room service-i asked and it took 3 days to be serviced-

Établissement calme, bien situé, nous avons pu avoir la chambre un peu avant l'heure de check-in annoncé.
Chambre propre et literie confortable.

Cons:

Un peu cher et une petite cafetière et une boulloire pour le thé aurait été apprécié compte tenu du prix.

Well located, lovely and cute little hotel with a very friendly staff and comfortable, clean rooms.
Pros:

Most comfortable bed I've ever been in honestly. The staff were so kind and friendly, the whole place was really cute and I loved my whole stay. Room was perfect for me, what I expected size and facility-wise and very comfortable and clean! The food at the cafe downstairs was delicious (especially the hot chocolate). Location was great too!

Cons:

Can't really think of anything I didn't like with my stay, it was great! There was a long, narrow staircase to get up to my room, so maybe something to consider for people with mobility challenges.

No heating in the room. We froze in the snowy below zero conditions.

Mold in the shower
Looked more like a dump/renovation site outside our door.
Loose wiring in the ceiling
Nobody to talk to at check.in/check out
More like a glorified hostel feel with the old walls and bunkbed

Fantastic value & location!
Pros:

This is an amazing location for access to McGill, downtown, shopping $ restaurants - all walkable!
A converted house - my room was spacious with renovated bathroom.

Cons:

Some of the common areas show a little age & Cafe is great for coffee, tea & breakfast items. But not an issue as numerous options nearby!
