Avoid like the PLAGUE

Cons:

Everything was horrible from start to end. No staff when we arrived and had to self check in. No hand-wash in the bathroom or any toiletries. The TV was ver small like a computer screen. We had been allocated a room with a bad view. Breakfast was not available before 8am and there was not even cooked eggs. The lady who called herself the owner was very extremely RUDE. No idea about hospitality and needs to learn from the very basics. This was the most horrible place I've been to in my whole life. Avoid like the plague.

Emplacement superbe . Quelle vue magnifique. J'avais hâte de rentrer le soir pour une bonne détente sur la terrasse :).

Cons:

Rien. Peut-être équiper les chambres avec un mini frigidaire afin d'y conserver des bouteilles au frais :).

Bel endroit dans l'Oberland bernois

Très bel emplacement calme. La propriétaire nous a accueilli dans un parfait français. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la qualité de cet endroit. Par exemple une literie très agréable tout en douceur et en coton. C'est rare.

Très bel établissement situé en campagne, sans vis-à-vis, sans circulation, au calme, proche de la nature. Les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses. Cet hôtel mérite ses 3 étoiles. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est fait de produits locaux. Grand jardin avec banc, agréable en été.

Cons:

Il manque un bar ou snack pour un apéritif ou un verre le soir en rentrant et un local à vélo accessible à toute heure.

Short mountain vacation with family

Staff are very helpful, Celine recorded a video for me to tell how to reach the property and park the car as I arrived after reception closed and I did self check-in which was easy due to the video. Thanks Celine
Location and views are great (rooms with mountain view).
Breakfast: is nice, maybe missing to have scrambled egg as only pre-boiled eggs are provided. Homemade jam(s) are excellent. Croissants are OK. I didn't try the cold cuts as no Halal beef is served, only pork. Coffee is very nice as well as yogurt.

Cons:

Check-out time a bit early at 10:00AM.
No net screen on the windows which made us obliged to close it at night makes the room a bit hot.

Liebevolle Gastfreundschaft und ein perfekt organisierter Aufenthalt in schöner, ruhiger Umgebung.
Pros:

Die Bergblick Lodge liegt ruhig und doch auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Der Check-in war bestens organisiert, für das Abendessen wurde uns ein Platz in einem guten Restaurant reserviert.
Die Gastgeberin war so freundlich und hat mir mein vergessenes Halstuch nachgeliefert.
Zum Zmorge spielte am 1. August eine Alphornbläserin.
Ein kurzer aber sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt mit herausragender Gastfreundschaft!
Pros:

Wir waren zu zweit für eine Wandertour in der Bergblick Lodge und sind rundum begeistert! Schon beim Check-in wurden wir extrem herzlich empfangen. Ein riesiges Highlight war das unerwartete Upgrade auf eine Junior Suite – das Zimmer war neu renoviert, wunderschön eingerichtet und die Lage der Unterkunft ist traumhaft ruhig.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der erstklassige Service: Da wir am Abreisetag sehr früh losmussten und vor der offiziellen Frühstückszeit abreisten, hat man uns ein tolles Frühstücks- bzw. Lunchpaket vorbereitet. Auf der Tüte waren sogar ein paar liebe, persönliche Worte geschrieben – eine fantastische Gestik, über die wir uns enorm gefreut haben!

Wir haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt und würden die Bergblick Lodge jederzeit sofort wieder buchen. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!
