Location is good and it was easy to access with the PIN. Bedding was clean and bed was comfortable
Smelled bad, dusty and grimey, water in the shower kept dripping from the faucet the whole time and was dripping when we arrived. Tub was wet. About half of the lights did not work so the apartment was dark. Floors were really dirty and there were a cables coming out of hole in the wall just clumped on the floor.
The second bedroom is not a true bedroom it doesn’t have a door and is separated with just a curtain. This was cleverly hidden from the photos so we wouldn’t know until we arrived. Sneaky and annoying.
Door-Code was not working.
We tried until 4 AM.

I had the great fortune of having the corner unit 701 with commanding panoramic views of 6th street and right across the street from The Driskell. The place was amazing and comfortable. Way above my usually budget accommodations.
The garage instructions were poorly written and led to confusion about elevator location for the building. They have indicated they will address this. The staff took two hours to get back to my call to them when I could not locate the building entrance. By that time I had resolved the issue on my own exploration but I wasted an hour of my evening in Austin. They have a foreign manned answering service that has poor telephone connection. They need to have a high level of service for the 2-4 hours starting with their 4 pm check-in time. They claimed to be at the property until 5:30 but they were absent from their post at the entrance. They told me later they have responsibilities inside the property that take them away from the entrance desk. Unacceptable. They need to be directly reachable during this period. Not with some answering service in Southeast Asia. Everyone was pleasant though. Lastly, the apartment had a Glade Plugin that was effusive and gross. Smelled like a Fabreeze Dump. Unfortunately I did not see it in the hallway until I was leaving or I would have unplugged it and put it on the balcony.
Apartment is in great condition!
Having a full kitchen was great! Location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and MUSIC! TV was great! Loved this place!
Check in process was pretty bad and should have happened hours before so we checked in almost an hour late for two of the three apartments we rented. I had to repeatedly call the number for help Just to get a response. The kitchens were not stocked and ready to cook at all. There was a dirty wine glass in one of the apartments, one had a broken light for the only light in the room, one was missing a shower curtain and another only came with 2 towels and it took a while for anyone to answer to get more towels.
The location was great, we did enjoy that and the apartment ended up being good after all of the chaos of checking in. But it was not ready for how the listing was presented.
Clean and spacious
Right off the highway .. woke up several
Times middle of the night with zooming sports cars, ambulance and police sirens
Never had breakfast, clean didn't smell, was what we needed for 1 night stay

The hotel does not look like the pictures not at all. Our room was not clean I actually found to be looked like feces on the towels hanging in the bathroom thankfully I looked before drying off. It smells so dirty outside were this one is located. I would never stay here again best part balcony view.
