Highly recommended — it's a perfect place for 2 to 4 people.
Pros:

I highly recommend staying here! The apartment is in a fantastic location and very safe, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable daily life. There are delicious restaurants right downstairs, and you can easily walk to Trader Joe's or grab amazing coffee at Philz Coffee. The space is spacious enough to work comfortably or chat with friends when you don't feel like going out. The two bedrooms offer plenty of privacy, ensuring a great night's sleep.

What really stood out was how kind and responsive the host was. They went above and beyond to help with all our requests. When we had to adjust our dates, the host made a huge effort to accommodate our changes without extra charges, allowing us to tailor our stay exactly as needed.

Pros:

1. The accommodations fully met my requirements. The room is clean, comfort and has a free gated parking lot, washer, and dryer.

2. The host was extremely friendly and quick to respond. They were also accommodating of my 6 AM check-out request. 👍🏻 If you need parking and laundry facilities, this is an excellent choice.

Cons:

Inside the unit:
1. The washer and dryer were a bit noisy.
2. The unit is located on a main street, so there was some traffic noise audible in the living room but two bedrooms facing the inner street would be quieter.

Outside the unit:
1. Across the street there is a church, and the location has a homeless population, which is somewhat unavoidable in this part of LA in 2024.
If the homeless situation is a major concern for you, your best options would be hotels near Disneyland, Universal Studios or LAX area, as those areas tend to have fewer homeless individuals.
