We waren zeer tevreden van Kloof street hotel. Zeker de dames in het restaurant/ontbijtruimte vonden we fantastisch! Ook de vriendelijkheid van het personeel in het algemeen was zeer aangenaam. De regio is ook zeer centraal met leuke restaurants in de buurt

Location was excellent, lots of restaurants I. The area. Very helpful and friendly staff Breakfast buffet was terrific. No complaints!
Laundry was very expensive.
This was second visit because I loved it. Also had an issue with the room based on my previous experience. This was sorted and give you 100% service and will come back.

From the moment we entered the basement parking the staff was very helpful and friendly. At check in we were welcomed, and shown around - the decor is beautiful. The bedroom was lovely, clean with a very comfortable bed. And to wake up with a view on Table Mountain is absolutely glorious, and this coming from a born and bred Capetonian! Breakfast was amazing, everything fresh, and very friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

There was a drain issue with our room which made the short stay a bit uncomfortable l.
Vriendelijke en behulpzame staff, fantastisch ontbijt.
Tochtig en ongewassen raam maakten uitzicht op Tafelberg wel iets minder te genieten.

The location of the hotel was perfect, staff was friendly and helpful.
The walls in both the room and the restaurant were not clean, with stains visible throughout. The food was also not as fresh as expected. Additionally, the carpets in the passages leading to the rooms could benefit from being vacuumed.
