Cons:

Although staff were very friendly, the service could improve a little, every morning we got the wrong drinks, took a long time to receive. Mini bar not stocked to the menu, when inquired about certain items, they were not available.

Der Service war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Betten sind nur 1.85m!! Es fehlen manchmal im Zimmer Handtücher, Klobürsten oÄ, beim Frühstücken Teller oder Tassen. Man sollte also frühzeitig prüfen, ob man alles hat, da die Beschaffung länger dauert.

The cleanliness of the space, the staff was very friendly and hands on.
I love the space.

Cons:

The breakfast I had requested to my room one of the staff members was not sure if its something they could do.
Once the food arrived, I was not please with the options. For an extra R650, eggs, a slice of bread that was not toasted, mushrooms, and 2 strips of bacon were not satisfactory.
Overall it also took too long.

Great location and pleasant environment. The security and kitchen needs attention.
Pros:

The location is great and it offers a great environment if you need to work or meet with colleagues or friends.

Cons:

The security is problematic. Any one can walk in the front door and take the elevator to the rooms (the magnetic lock on the door to the elevator does not work). The extra security lock in my bedroom also was broken off.
The breakfast was average. It did not have some of the buffet items. When ordered from the kitchen it also did not have the required selection and it took very long for the food to arrive. I also ordered a bottle of water to my room as water is only provided on the day of check-in. It took more than an hour to get to my room after I called to follow up on where it was.

Das Personal war super freundlich und beim Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl. Für eine Nacht auf jeden Fall ok.

Cons:

Wir würden das nächste mal "Stadtblick" wählen. Der Blick bei den Zimmern mit "Bergblick" ist zwar toll, aber die Zimmer sind winzig und recht laut, da sie zur Straße hin liegen.
