Pros:

Staff is well trained, friendly and accommodating. Especially Hannah during the breakfast serving was excellent. Breakfast is lovely with a lot of options and good espresso's. Rooms are small, but hotel tells you this when booking, and you have the option to upgrade to a bigger room for an extra fee. Close to restaurants and night life. Safe and secure and clean.

Cons:

Our fire alarm went off due to steam coming form the shower and no-on reset the alarm and light were still flashing late at night, after a few phone calls it was sorted.

The economy room is perfect for a short work visit where you're not spending a ton of time in room.
Pros:

I didn't try the breakfast. The location was great for food, shops and boutiques. I was also working an event at the Labia Theatre and it was within walking distance.

Cons:

Only issues were that I got back from the event late and hadn't eaten and there were no food options. Would be nice to even have some snacks or a vending machine. Also it is on a busy street so it can be a bit loud, but this wasn't a huge issue and it was quiet overnight while I was there. Caveat - I was there in the middle of the week and not on a weekend. Also they should put a menu and winelist in room so that it's easier to order room service.

Pros:

Excelente hospedagem! A localização é ótima, próxima a restaurantes, mercados e outras facilidades. Toda a equipe do hotel foi extremamente simpática, atenciosa e cordial durante toda a estadia, sempre pronta para ajudar. O café da manhã merece destaque: além do buffet variado e de excelente qualidade, o hotel oferece opções adicionais preparadas na hora através do cardápio, o que torna a experiência ainda mais especial. Recomendo e certamente voltaria a me hospedar aqui.

Een mooie centrale accommodatie
Pros:

We hadden een mooie hotelkamer, onze wens twee losse bedden werd gelijk gerealiseerd.
Het hotel ligt in de Gardens, een mooie wijk in Kaapstad.
Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het ontbijt was uitgebreid.
De verzorging van de kamers was netjes.
Er was ook een zwembad.

Love Kloof street, perfect stay for there!
Pros:

Location is perfect for visiting the city, you can walk to the many restaurants and bars in the area. Secure parking is also available on request. Hotel in general very clean, rooms and bedding also clean.

Cons:

The rooms are small, but that is fine as you literally only sleep there.
