MIA Residence - Entire Studio apartment - City View - London - Next to Ealing Broadway Station

Dirty used condoms unsafe no heating no wifi have about 3 other apartment things under the same name at different prices it's all abit werid its dirty and smelly and dirty condoms was a step to far

Shakers hot water wasn’t enough hot
Toilet seat wasn’t tidy
Centre hitting not working ( there were alternative)
Matters wasn’t comfortable

Misleading, Dirty, and Hostile Experience, Avoid at All Costs. I booked Mia Residence in London Broadway through Booking.com for a stay from 05–08 November 2025. The listing was misleading, describing a “studio” without mentioning it was on a high floor with no lift. Upon arrival, the apartment was filthy—urine stains on the bed and walls and completely unfit for living.
My wife and I, both middle-aged, had to walk in cold weather with heavy bags to find another place to stay. The manager was rude and discriminatory, mocking me and calling me “Indian” in a derogatory tone. We left immediately and requested cancellation.
Booking.com should not allow such substandard and offensive listings. This place is a disgrace and a trap for international travelers. Do not book here.

Booked and paid for two rooms. Landlord called me to explain only one room was available and that he would refund me the cost of the second room. It's been weeks, he's now ignoring my messages. Disgraceful scammer. Avoid.

Serious Health and safety concerns from arrival.
Out door external door did not lock! Anyone could get in the building.
There was gloves and plastic covering the smoke alarms and sprinklers and carbon monoxide detector that we couldn't reach to remove. This was so concerning !
The pillow had some sort of old blood stain on it, absolutely disgusting.
The mattress had collapsed was clearly old and substandard.
There was a towel under the sheet, I question if the sheets were clean and chose to use our towels to sleep on rather than lie directly on the sheet.
There was bobbles and threads showing on the mattress.
The shower was cold
The water in the bathroom was cold and a kettle had to be boiled to have a wash when the shower went cold.
There was general dust throughout the living room area and bed and window fills and skirtings
The chest of draws was tried and paint had Chipped away
The lamp was stained and did not turn on
There was stains and strange marks on the radiator
We would have stayed else where had we had the funds to move.

If i hadn’t of asked them if we could leave our bags there earlier than check in time i wouldn’t of known they cancelled the room till i turned up. We travelled 4 hours on the train to see oasis at wembley so obv the hotel took a higher price for the room and left us stranded with nowhere to stay an hotel prices more than trebled in london. When i asked for a refund they said they will process it but never did and then just ignored me.
