Cons:

Unprofessionalism. When contacted they denied for stay. They just loot the custumers. Money is all that matters for them. They dont care at all about the online booking done. Its useless to give these hotels the space on booking website.

great property in the heart of manali with all tourist spots within 5 mins of reach,the rooms are spacious,their staff is extremely humble and the food is freshly prepared,palatable and authentic. the stay is worth every penny and i would highly recommend staying here👏🏻

Pros:

The hotel is at 15 mins walking distance from the Mall Road. The staff is good and eager to help. Rooms are spacious and have the old architecture touch. Amazing view from the balcony. Staff provides hot drinking water from time to time but it would have been great if they had a kettle in every room.
