Superb location and love the view from the hot tub (see photo)! I’d stay here again.

Location could not be better. Lovely room. Friendly, helpful staff. View from the rooftop hot tub (see photo)

Great location, sub par staff support and facilities access
Pros:

The location is unbeatable and the room is equipped with a small kitchenette, which was useful.

Cons:

The walls are PAPER thin so you can hear your neighbors and the partying on the streets. The heat doesn't work well (wouldn't go over 68 degrees). In spite of there being no staff on site in the evenings, we were PROMPTLY kicked out of the hot tub at 9PM (hours end at 9PM) and the following day, we were completely locked out of the hot tub all together, which was a bummer, as that was the chief reason we picked the hotel. When we called the 'after hours staff line', no one responded at all. I have no idea if they would respond in an emergency but FYI the exterior doors lock and you need a passcode to get in - would make me nervous that they won't answer... Also, the hot water is warm at best, so no hot tub was a major bummer.
