Probably one of the cheapest hotels you can find in Ha Long, decent value for money
Pros:

Location was good, about 20 mins walk from the beach. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Very basic rooms but has all you need, a kettle, a hot shower and a balcony. Good value for money

Cons:

The property wasn’t maintained very well, 3 out of 4 plug sockets were broken, and the mini fridge did not work

Great value for property. I went with a friend to take a boat cruise and they had 2 double beds. Hotel is far from tour boat port but close to town.

Cons:

Tất cả đều không thích, phòng cũ, nhỏ, thiết bị hư, không thang máy, tivi, đt thì không xài được, tủ quần áo thì rớt mất 1 cánh cửa, không nước suối, vv... còn tệ hơn cả phòng trọ, đánh giá 1 sao còn chưa xứng đáng.

It was a quiet location and managed to get a good night's sleep so the bed was fairly comfortable

Cons:

The room looked and felt like it hadn't been particularly well cleaned , dust on surfaces, and smelled musty. less than half a toilet roll in the holder . Overall it felt unloved .

Pros:

The owner speaks English and sells nice tours to Halong Bay (hotel pick up and drop off, food on board, kayak rental included) to a very fair price. Also organises bus connection to your next destination to a reasonable price, even cheaper than some of the agencies we have checked. She explains why it is more expensive due to New Year and which is the price you pay usually.

Spacious room with balcony, comfortable beds, good location in high season. The owner was attentive, sorted out transportation back to Hanoi.

Cons:

Be aware that room is cold in low season. As it was low season, we weren’t attracted by the boat trip, however the owner came across borderline rude when we hadn’t decided to book towards the end of our stay.
