Phòng 600k mà nhỏ tí, không có máy sấy tóc, sàn nhà đầy bụi và rác. Phòng siêu tệ :(
Khách sạn cũ (dù mới sửa), hình ảnh trên quảng cáo đúng chất AI chỉ mng tính chất minh họa. Ga giường hơi dơ, thiếu gối (phải xin thêm).
Nhà tắm bị tràn nước ra khu bồn rửa mặt, thoát nước kém, 1 phòng thì mất luôn cái vòi sen cầm tay. Cuộn giấy vệ sinh thì ướt nhem. Thiết kế phòng tắm rất là dở.
Cửa sổ phòng 2 giường đôi quá nguy hiểm, đang mở mà kéo rèm, ai không biết dựa vô là rớt từ lầu 5 thắng xuống lầu 1 luôn.
Rất ồn, cách âm tệ.
Cửa phòng đôi khi không khóa được, cũng may là thói quen check kĩ trước khi đi nên phát hiện.
Tip cho ai muốn tiện. 1 là đặt gần bờ biển, khu đó nhiều chổ ăn uống, spa,...
2 là đặt gần cầu rồng mới là gần trung tâm, đi bộ xung quanh nhiều hàng quán hơn.
The location and the helpful staff. I had some issues with the dust in the blanket and the sheets. The staff went beyond their limits to help me. They immediately bought new sheets and blankets from the store and changed the bedding completely.

Le péonnnel étaient Su & Trang étaient juste superbes très serviables et à l’écoute. J’ai testé 3 ou 4 chambres différentes à différents moments et à part dans la deluxe il manquait dans toutes des lampes de chevet. Les chambres et salle de bains étaient vraiment très très propres. L’ascenseur était propre mais comme l’hôtel est en travaux il était parfois poussiéreux mais chaque matins il était propre. Il n’y a pas de bruits dut aux travaux. Par contre les chambres même équipées ne vaudront jamais le prix car soit les fenêtres donnent sur une cours fermée sans vues soit il n’y a carrément pas de fenêtres. Dans la chambre Deluxe la fenêtre donne sur le fleuve mais aussi sur la route et la chambre n’est pas bien isolée dont on entend toutes les voitures extrêmement fort. Pour ceux qui ne veulent pas dormir avec la Clim autant vous dire qu’il est impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte vous aurez l’impression de dormir au milieu des voitures et Klaxons. La fenêtre fermée le bruit est réduit mais pas inexistant. Heureusement que le personnel vaut de l’or ils mettent de bonne humeur même après une nuit légère. Il n’y a pas de service petit-déjeuner. Bref à cause de tout cela la nuit ne vaut pas plus de 12€ alors que vous en paierez presque le double.
Le bruit des voitures. Les fenêtres qui ne donne sur rien ou qui n’existent pas dans la plupart des chambres.

The property was very clean, and comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean with a hot shower. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially Thu and Anh!

The room is clean and big. Staff personnel are friendly and helpful people. Special thanks to Anh and Thu for letting me leave my suitcases in their luggage storage.
There was a drill sound all morning starting at 8am sharp and the karaoke party right beside the hotel all evening. It was too loud for me personally. But if you are fine with that, then you will be alright 👍

The staff especially Miss Anh and Miss Thu were very approachable and nice to us. They made sure that our stay was comfortable.
The stay was overall okay, except for a minor thing which was the telephone. They are currently having it fixed.
