The reception area is in a very poor condition, extremely hot, and the ceiling is broken.
The room only provides one pillow each. The cutlery was not enough, only a few pieces,
and plastic knives and forks were in between the few cutlery. There was only Ricoffy to drink, and this is not proper coffee, not for the price you pay for the room. The breakfast was the worst experience ever. The same lady that's the security guard, receptionist, is the chef as well. She only offered us Ricoffy or tea to drink. We asked for filter coffee or juice, just NO. She did not ask us how we would prefer our eggs to be done, or white or brown toast. The eggs were probably baked an hour in advance and were so rubbery, the yellow was like powder. The bacon was so oily that no normal person could eat that. we did not touch this cold plate of food. No seviettes, just a box of tissues in the basket with the butter and jams. This probably was a stunning place before, but now it's not maintained and the staff is not trained.

Wonderful place very unique in architecture
Pros:

Breakfast was great,unfortunately you don't have an option to choose type of eggs you want. Top up menu will be good if maybe we want sasuage or worse or mushrooms added to the complimentary breakfast. Otherwise it's great

Cons:

The glass outside at the swimming pool needs cleaning. The bar area seem to have had a tv for entertainment but was not there.

Manicured gardens, very lush and green decor in the rooms as well as a pleasure to walk around

This place was deisgned with alot of thought and maintained with alot of care. Every part of this hotel has been taken care of , and you can see the amount of dedication they have in providing a really beautiful atmosphere for the guests.

The queen room was a bit tight with space and left little room for luggage. I would book any room above the King room. and the pricing is fair
