Отель имеет очень удачное расположение: с одной стороны рядом автобусная остановка 17-го бесплатного маршрута (аэропорт – ВандерВорлд), позволяющего добраться до многих нужных мест в городе ( ночной рынок, магазины, достопримечательности и т. п.), с другой стороны – пляж в 5-ти минутах ходьбы.
Завтраки – несколько вариантов как европейской, так и вьетнамской кухни на 7-м этаже. Там же можно пообедать и поужинать за приемлемую цену, притом блюда русской и кавказской кухни. Порции большие, с трудом доедаешь, хотя очень вкусно приготовлено.
Особенно понравились огромные котлеты «Как у мамы», увеличенные порции пельменей, шашлыки с большими кусками мяса. Первый обед сопровождался бесплатной выпивкой за счет заведения.
У нас не было трудностей с выбором, где покушать – ресторан отеля «Душевная История» – находится в самом отеле, всё вкусно и относительно дёшево.
Персонал - в основном русские, управляют отелем. Чувствуется дружная команда, очень гостерпиимно настроенная к проживающим, всегда отзывчивая на любые просьбы.
Номера отличные, уютные, бесплатный мини-бар (впервые встречается такая щедрость), виден недавно проведенный ремонт.
The hotel has a very convenient location: on one side there is a bus stop for the 17th free route (airport - WonderWorld), on the other side - the beach is a 5-minute walk away.
Breakfasts - several options of both European and Vietnamese cuisine on the 7th floor. You can also have lunch and dinner there for a reasonable price, and dishes of Russian and Caucasian cuisine. The portions are large, you can hardly finish them, although it is very tasty.
You can feel the friendly team, very hospitable to the residents, always responsive to any requests.
The rooms are excellent, cozy, free minibar (this is the first time we've seen such generosity), and you can see that they've recently been renovated.

Nice clean and comfortable room. Easy short walk to the beach. Very nice local breakfast everyday. Good value for money overall.
Running around like a mad man during a tropical storm and a power cut just after landing, trying to find cash to check in to avoid them paying bank charges on a card transaction.

This little hotel was fantastic for me while I was visiting Phu Quoc. The breakfast is great and the staff are wonderful.
Fairly central, close to many food outlets and a great grocery store.
The staff tried really hard to accommodate my dietary needs for breakfast. The lady who did the cooking even remembered for subsequent breakfasts, which was really appreciated.
We were there 3 nights. The wifi only worked the first day and was not working throughout the hotel for the rest of the time.
As all the floors were tile, and there was a gap under the doors to the rooms, every sound could be heard from other visitors on the same floor if their door was open, or if they were in the corridor.
I liked the location, room, staff and breakfast was great indeed! A great coice of Asian and European options, big portions, great taste!
The coffee could be better, also, the hot water in the room was warm, not hot

The room was just like in the pictures and mostly clean (not under the beds as usual in Vietnam). The staff was great (I absolutely loved the smiley cleaning lady) and helped me with everything I needed or if something was wrong. The location is perfect (near beach and restaurants) if you don't mind the noice.
The bed was super comfortable and soft pillows.
The music from a bar nearby got really loud at night so I couldn't sleep without earplugs. Also all the noice from the street came trough from the balcony (5th floor). Some problems with the TV.
Room is large, lots of storage space, big beds, other guests were quiet. Staff mostly helpful. There's a roof terrace. Not far from beach and close to restaurants. Value for money.
Neighboring discotheque noisy (not hotel's fault!). Cleaning and complimentary water intermittent. Safe box not working.
I like it the most the room was spacious and pretty clean and the area was quiet and close to the airport as well. Tip for you guys make sure to call the hotel receptionist when you arrive in Vietnam. Sometimes I see there is no receptionist at the table.
