Nice Place close to the Beach
Pros:

Nice Hotel with a great Bar/Café at the entrance. The room was spotlessly clean. Very good mattress. It is very quiet at night, so you will sleep well.
I had breakfast in the morning. Nice mellow music, friendly staff - good way to start the day.

Cons:

The shower was cold. Nothing to put your stuff. A table and some chairs would be nice.

Pros:

Không gian ấm ấp , gần gũi, chủ dễ chịu, đáng yêu. Đi qua khu vườn đến phòng nghỉ thơm hương hoa thoang thoảng, tinh thần dịu đi sau những mệt mỏi. Giường to, nệm êm, cho giấc ngủ tuyệt vời. Giá cũng mềm nữa !

Saubere Zimmer um einen kleinen, begrünten Patio und herzlicher Besitzer. Im angeschlossenen Café gibt es einen Mini-Billardtisch, kaltes Bier und auch etwas zu essen.

Cons:

Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer. Anstatt des angekündigten Abendessens kam etwas völlig anderes auf den Tisch, das schnell zusammengeschustert wurde. Wurde dreimal gefragt, ob ich Frühstück möchte …

chill spot, great spot over if you’re doing a motorbike trip
Pros:

nice open space. really private room. aircon, fan meant it was easy to sleep. lots of good dinner options up the road.

great little spot. loved the ps2 set up as well - nothing like being rubbish at fifa 2014 to unwind after a long day.

Cons:

Homestay xa biển hơn 1km, không như định vị trên booking là 200m, đặt 2 phòng view vườn nhưng chỉ có 1 phòng, cách quản lý nhà nghỉ kỳ lạ, 7g sáng còn khoá cổng không cho khách ra, không có nhân viên trực home, khách phải trèo ra cổng rào, đi biển phải ra biển sớm tắm biển... Lỡ như có sự cố gì xảy ra thì khách phải làm sao. Vệ sinh kém, có lẽ chăn mền không thay mới, có rết trên ra giường, phòng có côn trùng, muỗi. Giá cao hơn khách sạn ở trung tâm Phan Thiết, phòng ở đó mới đẹp, sạch sẽ hơn nhiều mà giá rẻ hơn, sát biển.

Very helpful staff, facilities were clean and well maintained. Soft beds and good internet. Food and drinks were reasonably priced and well made.

Pros:

Owner is a super chill guy! Location is ideal, super close to the beach but also not to close to the hustle and bustle of La Gi (which is a gorgeous town so definitely go check it out though).

Perfect!
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and close to the beach. We were made to feel very much at home and looked after. Breakfast was good and they make the tastiest Noodles & Eggs!
The scooter we rented was perfect too.

We explored the beaches down the coast and also paid for swimming in a nice resort up the coast.

Nice homestay, affordable, nice place to have BBQ seafood grills which could be bought at the near seafood market (Cam Binh Beach) and ask the Host for preparation (cheap price).
