This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Dirty towels, very narrow street, so no taxi access
Nice little hotel in a convenient location for getting around Delhi. Staff are friendly and the room is clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. The rooftop restaurant is a great find and we really enjoyed chilling out here after a bus day!

The staff were extremely helpful and very comfortable hotel
We stay here due to the location and value and were not disappointed. Hotel was located in a quiet side road which is not accessible by car but once there you cannot hear the constant Delhi traffic - which is a welcome relief. The hotel itself is new, clean and the staff and food excellent for the price. Good base for visiting Delhi, rooftop restaurant is a bonus. Food was excellent. I would highly recommend and definitely return.
Air-conditioning and fridge only stays on when you are in the room with key card.
Staff were friendly and helpful, property was generally OK given it's location in Paharganj in central Delhi.
Unfortunately what you can't see from the pictures is that the hotel is in the back streets off the main Bazaar Road which is very busy. You can't take a car down to the hotel to off load or load your luggage. The hotel is nice enough and so are the staff but it is a bit of a shock when you see the location.
Grande chambre, confortable.
Friendly helpful staff, was happy with location down a small alley, away from traffic noise. Quality of room, bed and facilities were very good. Bustling market only meters away. Metro close by, as well as Connaught Place for quality restaurants and bars. I would come back and stay here again, and also recommend to my friends as a mid range priced hotel. Rooftop bar was also quite relaxing for an evening drink with slight views over the city.
Breakfast staff need a shake up, need to put mobiles phones down, and clean water cooler, fill salt and pepper shakers, have cutlery trays filled etc, all the little things they could be attending too, instead of looking at their phones. I have made a note to management about it. Breakfast options also limited, so hotel can make the breakfast experience better with a little more variety.
Very clean if evaluated to an indian standard.
Personnel very professional and proactive. In particular the reception manager Mr. Mehbub.
I have had many terrible experiences with Hotels in India. For the rate paid, Gold is my top pick for an European visiting Delhi with a budget.
Position is in a crowded area. Difficult to find in Delhi center an hotel not immersed in caos though.
Still not that noisy at night.
Confort
Le personnel très sympathique.

The terrace and the bed
The staff is completely unprepared. Breakfast is a disaster. I can give a simple example regarding the kitchen staff, a person who came out of the room where the food was being prepared and the dining room and spat in everyone's face in the trash can.
I stayed in 5 different places in India, but I can say with certainty that it was the dirtiest kitchen I have ever stayed in. I couldn't take pictures because everyone was looking, actually when we took the cup or glass I had to wipe it again because the shelf where it was sitting looked terribly dirty. I don't recommend
Very helpfull staff. Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean, good breakfast. No problem with AC. Even dough you are in Paharganj, the rooms are very quiet.
The hotel is in a side alley which is not priettiest but this also why the hotel is not noisy at all.
Mehbub and ruhi were good and the hotel is very pretty and comfortable food was also good
The place was clean and the staff was very friendly especially Mr Mehbub. I was having difficulty to order some items online given international credit cards were not accepted. Mr Mehbub made the purchase using his own funds and also picked up the items on my behalf.
The price could have been lower.
Good place in the heart of delhi

The hotel was very clean and modern, and is clearly maintained well. The staff at reception were courteous and helpful - especially Deep, and the room itself was just what we wanted - spacious, clean and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was decent, although we had to ask for cereal bowls each morning.
Also, no fault of the hotel, but the area is a little dodgy feeling, although our trip was uneventful and walking through it wasn't a problem at any point.
Great location - chosen because close to Metro Express for Delhi airport. We loved the rooftop restaurant for evening meals. Good-sized bedroom & set back from Main Bazaar so quiet at night. Attentive & helpful staff.
