Très bon potentiel pour groupes, mais /!\ confort en plein hiver (surtout pour les personnes âgées)
Pros:

• Très grand appartement hotel vraiment bien pensé pour un séjour convivial : idéal pour un groupe d’amis et, en été, parfait pour profiter d’une ambiance “vacances” ou fête.
• Gros avantage : la possibilité de louer les étages du dessous et du dessus également, ce qui en fait une solution très pratique pour familles ou grands groupes sans voisins immédiat.
• L’ensemble a un vrai potentiel et peut être une excellente option en demi-saison ou l’été.
A cause du froid, nous avons dû abréger notre séjour et nous réfugier dans l'hôtel restaurant voisin qui vient d'ouvrir aux chambres plus petites mais parfaitement chaudes et équipées.

Cons:

• À notre arrivée, le chauffage central n’avait pas été enclenché et quelques radiateurs semblaient temporairement ne pas fonctionner. Une fois la température extérieure très basse (jusqu’à -6°C la nuit), le logement a mis trop de temps à devenir confortable (4h)
• La literie était équipée de couettes d’été, ce qui peut convenir en saison plus douce, mais en plein hiver cela peut être insuffisant, en particulier pour les personnes âgées ou celles qui sont sensibles au froid.
• Nous avons aussi remarqué une odeur de tuyauterie dans les chambres, qui mériterait d’être vérifiée (évacuation / plomberie), car cela peut gêner le confort.
• Sécurité limitée par la porte d'entrée en bas qui ne ferme pas.
Un logement avec un excellent potentiel, particulièrement adapté aux groupes et très probablement parfait en demi-saison ou en été. Pour les périodes froides, il serait simplement important d’anticiper : chauffage prêt avant l’arrivée et literie plus chaude disponible sur demande. Avec ces ajustements, l’expérience serait nettement meilleure.
